It’s one of the most meaningful days in Vietnamese schools. Students often prepare cards, flowers, performances, or small surprises to say “thank you” to their teachers for their hard work and dedication throughout the year.

While it’s not a public holiday, schools across the country celebrate it with warmth and creativity. It’s a day filled with smiles, appreciation, and heartfelt messages from students of all ages.

This Padlet is our students’ way of joining that tradition—to say “Thank you, teachers, for everything you do!” 💐

I hope you are doing well! I wanted to take a moment to write to you and say thank you for everything you have done for me during my time in grade 4 and grade 5 at Minh Viet Academy. Having you as my teacher for two years in a row has been such a special experience for me.

I still remember how kind and patient you were when I first joined your class in grade 4. You always encouraged me to do my best and helped me believe in myself. In grade 5, I feel like I’ve grown so much — not just in my studies, but also in confidence — and a big part of that is because of your support and guidance.

There are so many things I want to say in this brief letter, and words alone are not enough to express my attitude towards you.

First of all, thank you for being such a wonderful teacher! You have guided me through many courses and lessons, from SAT to AP and GED, from the enchanting magics of tales and lores to structural writings and arguments. I always think of you as a cheerful, caring captain who leads her crew through the roaring seas of literature knowledge. Thanks to you, I finally see the art of crafting words as a long, rough but immensely beautiful and worthy journey. I can’t say enough how much this means to me.
