         <description><![CDATA[<div>Most people, regardless of age, can engage in some type of physical activity.<br>Even if you have a chronic disease, like heart disease or diabetes, you should still exercise.<br>Rather, physical activity may help you.<br>For almost all older adults, brisk walking, biking, swimming, lifting weights, and gardening are safe activities, especially if they start slowly.<br>However, if you are over 50 years old and not used to active exercise, it is recommended that you consult your doctor first.</div><div><strong>                         What are the risks in sport?</strong><br>There are many possibilities of suffering injuries in the course of a sporting activity, including trauma, muscle or ligament tears, fractures, dislocations or muscle swelling, among others.</div>]]></description>
