First you can play basketbll,when you play basketball you get energy.Also you can play with your friends,so it is more fun.When you are finish to play basketball you get moe fun and energy.

If you are still sleepy you can drink coffee.Because you enjoy from hot drink.Also coffee has much cafein it gets you up.When you gets coffee you need to walk so you gets energy too.

If nothing is working you can listen to music.When you are listening to music you can dance and you can take energy from dance too.Also you can participate with the music by singing.I think this one is the best.

It is the best to finish your all work and go to sleep early.However,ıf you can't these steps you can help you to stay awake loner.
