We realized the impact these various elements can make in any art piece and how they are all uniquely utilized by every artist in the work they make. We know that all artworks are unique to each artist and their intention for making it, but we never really realized how each element complements each other in artworks.

Line- We already knew lines were used in art, but were never able to find the words to explain how they work. Now we know it may be used in visual and verbal ways

Shape - We knew that drawing nature included shapes, but we now know it is referred to as organic shapes

Color - Our knowledge on the names of the possible color combinations has been enriched.

Texture - It was insightful to know that art can also have character, as seen through its texture. We used to think texture was merely having a rough or smooth surface.

Space - We understand more now what positive and negative space means.We know space is in art, but now we understand that space in itself is art

Color - Be able to make use of appropriate colors to set the mood of the art piece. 

Texture - The challenge now is how to execute the vision of the artist with the use of texture.

3. Color - This element of art has a wide scope of concepts that are important to take note of. It has 3 main attributes, can be modified to suit the mood of an art piece, has a fixed concept on color coordination, and has its own important theory.

4. Texture - Refers to the surface quality of an object or an artwork. In simpler terms, it’s how an object may POSSIBLY FEEL when touched. 

5. Space - To render space on a 2D plane, artists must use the concept of “vanishing point” to exhibit a 3D figure.
