I currently live with my father and his wife and their pets; I am a student of psychology at the Unad university and I also study a technical chef at the Malla institute, in my hobbies I like to read a book, listen to podcasts, cooking and listen to rock as in English and Spanish.

live in the alameda in my parents' house, the house has white gates, outside in the garden are the motorcycles, in the living room is the television hanging on a base on the wall, we have a small table, where the equipment.
The house has two bedrooms and a bathroom in the middle of the two, then there is the patio and next to it the kitchen.

My daily routine is, I get up at 5:00 a.m. to have a coffee and I go running until 6:00 a.m., I arrive I prepare breakfast and then I get ready to see chef class at 8 :10 a.m and take my partner to the university at 7:40 a.m to his university, I leave class at 12:00 p.m and I go to have lunch with my grandparents, until they give me 2:00 p.m in the afternoon to get ready and go to the gym until 4:00pm, after I get home I get ready to study from 4:30 to 6:00p.m in the afternoon, then I go and pick up my partner between 6:15 and 6:30 p.m  in the I take her home, I return to my house to prepare food and I am eating at 7:30 p.m  and after finishing dinner I continue studying until 9:30 or 10:00 p.m  I would finish studying and to conclude this would be my daily routine.

Palmira is small, within the city the places to visit are the Parque Obrero, Parque the Factoria, the Materon Theater, the Archaeological Museum, the Parque Recreativo the Azúcar and the Parque Recreativo the Sur, a few minutes from the city we have a new store and the Seibos River and at the other end we have Santa Elena and El Paraíso, the Nirvana. Natural reserve.

We have the Equine Fair, the National Agricultural Fair, the Beer Festival

 activities can you do in city.
Here in Palmira, visit the Parques Recreativos del Sur and Azúcar Pisinas, go drink Cholao at Parque Obrero, Parque the Factoria

¿Estudié y realicé las prácticas de todo el contenido del e-Book?
Si realice las prácticas del E-book en su gran mayoría varias. Veces para poder entenderlas.
 
¿Participé en el foro dentro de los tiempos indicados?
Casi siempre participe en los últimos días antes de acabarse el tiempo de la actividad, aun que en esta última no alcance a subir todos los aportes. 
 
¿Preparé y dediqué suficiente tiempo para realizar una buena presentación oral, En el video y/o en la asesoría sincrónica?
Dedique el tiempo para el vídeo, pero se me dificulta mucho la pronunciación todavía. 
 
¿Me siento más seguro de expresarme Oralmente en inglés?
En algunas palabras siento la confianza de poder pronunciarlas bien pero en su gran mayoría no, se me hace difícil pronunciar las palabras, se me hace más fácil entender mediante a la escritura. 
 
¿Cómo aporta este aprendizaje a mi vida personal y profesional? 
Tanto a nivel personal como profesional nos aporta más conocimiento nos ayuda, abrir campos profesionales a la hora de conseguir un empleo o de estar empleado debido a que en cualquier momento puede, llegar una persona solicitando nuestro servicio o ayuda en otro idioma y este nos facilita la interacción con ella.
