I love how they have little nooks all around to read and there even is a designated teen section and study!

My girls love taking part in teen events and borrowing books from the YA section. I love that you can borrow lawn games in the summer which our family loves to play, and if you can, check out The Bookseller for inexpensive used books and puzzles, etc for purchase.

Our library is and has been used as a model for the remodeling and creation of other library buildings. Our own WPL features the most patient, welcoming, and helpful staff, not only for teachers but also for families and individuals. The children's room and programs are exceptional. As soon as you walk in, you can't help but feel in awe. The entire layout encourages the exploration and discovery of literature and the building of critical thinking, from the children's books, dramatic play spaces, and circle time programs to the young adult and adult sections, and finally to the inclusive and collective resource section. Our library is a dream to all those who enjoy being lost in a book, and we are incredibly lucky to have it!

I am thankful for the library's great selection of large print books. I am an avid reader, but have vision problems. These books are a wonderful escape.

I come into the library every 1-2 weeks, taking out 5-10 books at a time. I tend to read specific authors who often write multiple book series. If Wallingford does not have one of the books, they are so helpful at getting them from other libraries.

I use the library computers for a variety of reasons. I am also not very computer savvy. The library staff is very helpful in assisting with me at those times.

I also use a cane, so I am thankful for the elevator.

The many programs and meetings offered are wonderful. The variety offers something for everyone. There is also a wonderful variety of DVDs and music CDs.
