When they trying unfamiliar foods, urge kids to slowly chew and verbally describe it, rather than writing it off right away as “gross.” Ask them to explain what the food looks like, what it smells like, what flavors pop out, and what they like or dislike. During this time, Ms julia can explain what is the basic nutrition to children based on the food. This is will be a new experience to children, which is they eat something that they didn't taste it before.<br><br>2.) Ms. Haidi can arrange some activities that interest the children to eat vegetables. Such as, during rest hour she can provides a vegetable menu with an interesting arrangement and a variety of shapes or colors.&nbsp; For an example Korean lunch box for kids. Creating some characters using vegetables in food supplies or dishes makes it interesting to eat. Next is using variety of real vegetable as tools. So children can see, touch, smell and test it. This will help them to develop their knowledge about vegetable. Learning through sense will stimulate their cognitive development.&nbsp; In addition, during this age, children have high curiosity.&nbsp; Other than that, making simple dish together such as salad and sandwich. Children will having fun and attracting their interest in eating healthy foods.</div>]]></description>
