         <description><![CDATA[<div>The tea is harvested by farmers and workers in long, layered hills similar to rice paddies. The softest, freshest leaves are harvested and heated in a steamer. Workers then distribute the highest and lowest quality leaves and they are then dried at 110 F to stop oxidation. </div>]]></description>

They lay out the tea leaves under a dryer and  sort out the best leaves. They then ferment them to prevent further decay and they shrivel up into the little black clumps we see at the bottom of our teacups today.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>A lot of women and children can be affected by inequalities in the supply chain, whether it be child labour or sexism. They are the most vulnerable in the tea trade, because they are not protected by laws or regulations. These are not the only people affected by this. Race, sex, orientation, disability, ethnicity and age can be big factors in how workers are treated between environments. SDG 10 aims to reduce and potentially eliminate inequalities that these people face. The full mission statement of SDG 10 is "Reduce inequality within and among countries".</div>]]></description>
