Weaknesses of the Edison FBLA Chapter: Communication and informing of expectations and responsibilities of FBLA need to be improved because many people, and not even if it's many people; even if it's one person who joined FBLA not knowing what the expectations, or time commitment are (there are more, expectations and time commitment are examples) it could and did affect them negatively because FBLA isn't a light time commitment, it requires exertion of work. A better job of informing what FBLA really is rather than posting interest information on Schoology and/or social media by only saying "Want to learn more about business and leadership? Join FBLA!" That's like saying, "Do you want to get stronger? Lift weights!" Both are a process and aren't as clear cut as those phrases portray them to be. Biggest Weakness: Reaching out to members and having direct contact with them.

Competitive events: The google classroom study resources and the email reminders really helped with my competitive events. Overall, I don't think you guys under prepared us.

Contacting: I check my email, remind, and schoology regularly so either of those would be good for me.
