Our target markets are young professionals, students, tourists, local residents, and lastly those who are coffee enthusiasts. Our food truck offer flexibility in location and also we can go and sell on areas such as downtown districts, parks, and also near offices, this mobility in an advantage for us rather than the traditional coffee shops. As we all know there are foot traffic near downtown London because of students and office workers, we prioritize convenience and the quality that we offer for them. And also there are many local residents here, we can do community events to build strong trust from the customers that we will be having. For the psychographics of our customers, we know that sometimes students just want some affordable and new to the eyes moving food truck providing a delicious coffee, so that they won't have to go to a traditional coffee and stay in the store. The students can just buy from our coffee truck and enjoy the nice weather outside. Lastly, we have those who are working in an office or government workers that wants a reliable and convenient coffee, easy access because they don't have to go to a coffee shop, and affordable drink to relax from their stress works at the offices. In London Downtown area, there are many coffee shops, those who are selling fast foods, and fast snacks. Our advantage on this is, if we go near their office buildings, do you think they will still go further down the town just to find some coffee shops. I don't think so, that is why this is the advantage for us, the disadvantage for our coffee food truck for example the weather is not good, limited space because we are mobile, maintenance for the truck, fuel consumption and finding a safe parking space to sell our products. Lastly is about regulations and laws, about getting some permits that are needed for this kind of business.
