I not really sure actually , but if i had a chance to become manager one day , i would like to try , i have some experience in management , i had some employes before because i am manager for my friends bussiness, kindly hard to understand my employes , but anything just going be fine i talk to them like my friends to motivate them to work... My communication skill in Malay no doubt but my english still not good enough.

So to be a leader you must have some leadership qualities that is, Managers should be experts in their industry and have a sharp of business sense. Yes I think I am suitable to be a good manager,because I used some skills. The first skill I use is communication skill, this can helping me to communicate with my employees. Besides that, I use the technical skills to provide my skills to make my employees to be a creative person.
