         <description><![CDATA[<div>I did some research and the best cone I could find was a long elliptical with a drag force of 4.149 although it has a 0.01 speed disadvantage versus the second best rocket the parabolic which goes 39.28 mph while the parabolic only goes 39.27 mph. The reason why the long elliptical is the best is it's drag beats the parabolic drag force by 0.328 with drag force of a parabolic rocket being 4.447.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The fins should have something with no holes, so either foam or cardboard. The both have holes, but cardboard has less holes. We decided to use cardboard fins and cover the holes with sealing tape. We also want the fins to be facing down just like Sammy said. </div>]]></description>
