         <description><![CDATA[<p><mark>21.4.2025 - 25.4.2025</mark></p><p><br></p><p>Throughout the week, i was assigned tasks that required coordinating with government-related organisations and interacting with the external public. Making contact with the Malaysian Forestry Departments of Selangor and Negeri Sembilan regarding a proposed billboard installation project in a number of carefully chosen hiking and recreational spots was one of the main responsibilities.</p><p><br></p><p>In order to improve community participation at well-known ecotourism and natural locations and raise public awareness via smart branding, Gardenia funded and proposed the program. Apart from contacting the state forestry offices, I was also assigned to communicate with Selangor Tourism in order to coordinate with their representatives concerning the project's viability and approval procedure.<br><br>Because it needed several rounds of email conversation, paperwork submissions, and government comments, this specific project featured a drawn-out follow-up procedure. Due to the requirement for collaboration between many government parties and procedural timeframes, the approval procedure took several months to complete.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p><br></p><ul><li><p><strong><mark>17.3.2025</mark></strong></p></li></ul><p>I was formally placed under Mr. Firdaus' supervision at the start of my internship, as he represented Ezworks Solution Sdn. Bhd.'s Operations Department. In his position as my direct supervisor, Mr. Firdaus is in charge of managing my work, assisting me in meeting departmental standards, and making sure that my internship experience matches the company's objectives. </p><p><br></p><p>Miss Hafizah, an employee of Ezworks Solution, greeted me kindly and gave me a tour of the workplace as part of the onboarding process. She gave me a thorough rundown of the duties and responsibilities of each department as she introduced me to the others throughout the tour. To make sure I am informed about the organisational structure and internal workflows, she also gave me a briefing on the company's rules, regulations, and standard operating procedures.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p><br></p><p>On 26th April 2025, the Operations team, including myself, was assigned to support the execution of the first university tour (Uni-Tour) event under Gardenia’s Bakeries KL called <strong>Gardenia Ready-To-Eat (RTE)</strong> event, held at <strong>Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM)</strong>. Themed <strong>"Fuel Your Success, One Bite at a Time,"</strong> the event was designed to raise awareness among university students about the importance of effective time management in their academic and personal lives.</p><p><br></p><p>One of the key highlights of the event was the participation of Miss Najwa Latif, a well-known local singer and academic figure, who was invited as the main speaker and performer. Her presence attracted strong interest from students, making the event more impactful and relatable to the youth audience.</p><p><br></p><p>The Operations team gathered at 8.00 AM on the event day to begin preparations and set up the venue based on the approved layout provided by our supervisor. My specific task during the event was to welcome the students as they arrived and distribute goodie bags as a token of appreciation for their attendance and participation. </p><p><br></p><p>Throughout the event, Miss Najwa Latif shared her personal experiences and practical tips on managing time effectively while balancing multiple commitments as a student and public figure. The program concluded with a brief performance by her, leaving the audience inspired and entertained.</p><p><br></p><p>Gardenia generously sponsored and distributed their Ready-To-Eat products to the students, allowing them to sample the brand's popular snacks as part of the engagement. </p><p><br></p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p><mark>17.3.2025 - 21.3.2025</mark></p><p><br></p><ul><li><p><strong>21.3.2025</strong></p></li></ul><p>I have been allocated to the Operations Department for the duration of my six-month internship, with a main focus on event orientation throughout the company. I will get firsthand experience with the logistical preparation and behind-the-scenes operations that go into managing major public engagement events thanks to this employment.<br><br>In the context of <strong>Cahaya Ramadan</strong>, a unique community-focused initiative, I was given a significant operational duty to do over the course of the last week in order to prepare for an event that will be conducted at the Klang Chinese Muslim Jamek Mosque. The purpose of this event, which took place on <strong>March 21, 2025</strong>, from 3.30 to 10:00 p.m., was to encourage and involve the Muslim community during the holy month of Ramadan.</p><p><br></p><p>The event's high point was the appearance of Dato' Azizul Hasni Awang, a well-known cyclist and public personality in Malaysia, who served as a special guest to promote the product and videos. Magnolia UHT milk, Numee (curry falvour), and Gardenia Original Classic bread were given away for free to those attending Tarawih prayers at the mosque as part of the event's outreach initiative.<br><br>This project was made possible by the cooperation of Gardenia's marketing manager, Ms. Ena Suhaila, who was instrumental in providing sponsorship and product delivery for the occasion. In addition to help a worthwhile cause that supported community well-being throughout Ramadan, the assignment gave me invaluable insight into real-time event operations, vendor coordination, and on-ground logistics.</p>]]></description>

My responsibilities commenced a day prior to the event, where I assisted in the comprehensive setup of the event hall. This included arranging seating, positioning the backdrop, preparing the registration counters, and ensuring the game booth was ready for the following day’s activities. Every detail was carefully checked to guarantee a smooth and professional execution.</p><p><br></p><p>On the event day, I was entrusted with managing the registration section, welcoming participants, and ensuring a seamless check-in process. I also supervised the game booth, engaging with students and explaining the activities to encourage participation. The atmosphere throughout the event was vibrant and lively, with students actively taking part in the games, interacting enthusiastically, and showing great interest in the program’s activities.</p><p><br></p><p>In addition to my operational duties, I documented the event through photographs, capturing key moments such as the opening remarks, student engagement, and crowd interaction. I was also responsible for handling the consolation gift, which was presented to the UPSI management team as a token of appreciation from Gardenia for their cooperation and support.</p><p><br></p><p>Overall, the event proceeded smoothly, achieving its intended objectives of engaging the university community, promoting Gardenia’s brand presence, and creating a memorable experience for all attendees.</p>]]></description>

The program aimed to promote healthy eating habits while introducing the public to the benefits of Gardenia Breakthru as a nutritious bread option.</p><p><br></p><p>During this program, I was entrusted with some of responsibilities to ensure the event’s success. My role was to capture photographs throughout the day, documenting the key moments, activities, and overall atmosphere of the program. These visual records served not only as a form of event coverage but also as valuable materials for Gardenia’s promotional use.</p><p><br></p><p>In addition, I was tasked with engaging and communicating directly with the tourists who visited the park. This involved explaining the objectives of the program, answering their questions, and ensuring that every visitor felt welcomed and included in the activity.          <description><![CDATA[<p><mark>13.9.2025 </mark></p><p><br></p><p>On this date, the <strong><em>"Keretapi Sarong 2025"</em></strong> event was held at Dataran Tun Razak Exchange (TRX), Kuala Lumpur, commencing at 7.30 a.m. and concluding at 4.15 p.m. Prior to the start of the program, the team was briefed on our respective tasks and responsibilities for the day. I was assigned to provide instructions and explanations to attendees regarding the social media posting contest organized by Gardenia.</p><p><br></p><p>I was positioned at the Gardenia booth all day to inform participants about the contest's specifics and urge them to follow Gardenia KL on Instagram so they would receive their free loaf of bread and participate into the contest. I was given the responsibility of overseeing the prize distribution to the ten chosen winners who had successfully entered the competition via Gardenia KL's Instagram account later on in the event. I was also in charge of taking pictures and videos of the winners, recording significant moments, and making sure the contest segment was adequately covered for Gardenia's records and marketing.</p>]]></description>

We gathered at the school at 9.30 a.m. to carry out the event setup, ensuring that all preparations were in place before the commencement of the program. The event officially began at 10.30 a.m. and was graced by several VIP representatives from Marrybrown. The ceremony was held to celebrate the school’s achievement of securing third place in the video editing competition, making it a significant moment of recognition and appreciation for the students and teachers involved.</p><p><br></p><ul><li><p><strong>12.9.2025</strong> </p></li></ul><p>I was given the task of going to the Gardenia booth setup for the <strong>"Keretapi Sarong 2025"</strong> event at Dataran Tun Razak Exchange (TRX) in Kuala Lumpur on this particular date. Since Gardenia was also participating in some stage shows and emcee announcements for an Instagram contest for social media posting, my duties also included supervising the booth setup and helping with the soundcheck during the day.</p><p><br></p><p>To make sure that everything went according to plan and that the event flow was efficiently controlled, I went to the location with my project executive. This required communicating with the technical staff, keeping an eye on stage operations, and making sure Gardenia's involvement went off without any issues. Providing appropriate support for the brand's presence at the event and assisting in creating an engaging experience for the guests were the main goals.</p>]]></description>

Being the first school to implement the program, it was crucial in establishing the norm and guaranteeing the general success of the following sessions.</p><p><br></p><p>My duties for the day included setting up the distribution locations, organising the required supplies, and helping with the event setup. I was also in charge of giving out Marigold Chocolate Milk to the pupils, making sure that everyone got their fair share in a timely and organised way. Along with these responsibilities, I was also given the role of program photos, where I captured important moments including student engagement, the general ambiance, and the program's highlights to document the entire event. The purpose of these photos was to provide the client with a visual record and to be included in the post-event report.</p><p><br></p><p>In addition to these duties, I assisted with program supervision and activity flow, attending to any urgent needs and making sure the event went off without any issues. The school and its students responded favourably to the program; throughout, there was active involvement and encouraging comments. As the Marigold School Program's launch party, it effectively signalled the start of a number of projects meant to include students and advertise the brand in an instructive and participatory setting.</p>]]></description>

The main program specifics, such as the order of events, the logistical setup, and the roles and responsibilities given to each team member to guarantee the event's seamless execution, were explained to us throughout the session.</p><p><br></p><p>Our team was given the special responsibility of filling the goodie bags that would be given to guests on the day of the event as part of the preparation. It took a lot of planning to make sure that every bag had the right things in the right order, representing the company's professionalism and standards. The delivery of the goodie bags will be a significant token of gratitude to the attendees and enhance their overall event experience, thus the activity also emphasised the value of cooperation and attention to detail.</p><p><br></p><ul><li><p><strong>20.8.2025</strong></p></li></ul><p>This date was the successful completion of the event held at Reals International School in Shah Alam in cooperation with <strong>Metro Optical Group (MOG)</strong>. The program, which ran for several hours with a well-structured flow of activities intended to effectively engage the pupils, started at 9.30 a.m. and ended at 1 p.m.</p><p><br></p><p>One of the event's main attractions was a storytelling session when kids performed interactively to demonstrate their confidence, inventiveness, and communication abilities. An award ceremony was held after the storytelling exercise to honour and congratulate the winning team, recognising their hard work and promoting healthy competition among the students.<br><br>The program's goal of encouraging learning, engagement, and active participation was reinforced by the event, which also gave the children a lively and fun environment. All things considered, the partnership with MOG at Reals International School was well received and effectively wrapped up on time.</p><p><br></p><ul><li><p><strong>21.8.2025</strong></p></li></ul><p>On this day, I was tasked with getting in touch with all of the teachers from each of the three schools who won the <strong>Marrybrown School Program's Safe and Active Generasi Madani 2025</strong> video editing competition: <strong>SK Taman Scientex, SK Sri Pulai Perdana, and SK Seksyen 7</strong>. I had to properly congratulate them on their accomplishment and give them an update on the award ceremony's tentative schedule, which had been arranged for a specific date. To make sure the schools were informed of the events and ready for the celebration, this communication was crucial.</p><p><br></p><p>I had to compose and prepare formal letters to be sent to the Jabatan Pendidikan Negeri (JPN) of Johor and Selangor in addition to communicating with the schools and as official invitation for them to attend the award ceremony. This was required because the state education departments had to formally acknowledge and approve the winning schools from these states, which had placed first, second, and third in the competition. In order to ensure that all procedures were carried out in accordance with educational regulations, the creation of these letters stressed the significance of keeping official lines of communication open with the appropriate authorities.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>]]></description>

The purpose of this report was to provide a comprehensive update on the implementation and progress of the program in each of the selected schools. The report included a collection of photographs taken during the activities, serving as visual evidence to support the documented updates and highlight the engagement and participation levels of the students.</p><p><br></p><p>In addition to the visual documentation, the report provided a structured summary of the activities conducted in each school, along with observations on the overall response and effectiveness of the program thus far. Once completed, the progress report was forwarded to the marketing team of Marrybrown, our valued client, for their review. This allowed them to assess the current status of the program and acknowledge the successful execution of activities as per the agreed objectives. The submission of this report also served as a means of maintaining transparent communication between our team and the client, ensuring that they remained informed about every stage of the program’s development.</p><p><br></p><ul><li><p><strong>20.6.2025</strong></p></li></ul><p>As the week progressed with the usual workflow, I was assigned the task of preparing a comprehensive media report for the<strong> Gardenia RTE Uni-Tour </strong>program. This report was specifically requested by Gardenia’s Executive to provide them with an overview of the public relations coverage related to the event. The objective was to compile and present all relevant media exposure to evaluate the event’s reach and impact from a public relations perspective.</p><p><br></p><p>The report included a compilation of online newspaper clippings, accompanied by the respective official links to the published articles. Each entry was carefully organized to ensure clarity, with emphasis on the sources, publication dates, and relevance to the program. This allowed the client to have a clear understanding of the extent and quality of media coverage received throughout the tour.</p><p><br></p><p>Due to the urgency of the request, the report was completed within a single day. Upon finalization, it was promptly submitted to my supervisor for review before being forwarded to the client. The timely submission ensured that Gardenia’s management could access the necessary information without delay, enabling them to assess the success of their public relations efforts in conjunction with the overall event outcomes.</p>]]></description>

The task required me to apply both technical design skills and creative thinking, as the presentation visuals needed to align with the theme and objectives of the program while maintaining a professional and engaging appearance in order to attract the pupils attention to focus on the program.</p><p><br></p><p>In fulfilling this responsibility, I developed more than three distinct design concepts, each featuring variations in style, layout, and color scheme, to provide ample choices for consideration. These drafts were carefully prepared with attention to detail, ensuring that they would appeal to the target audience of students while also adhering to the organizational branding standards. The designs were then presented to my supervisor for review and approval, as only one version would be selected for official use in the school talk program.</p>]]></description>

My tasks started off a day before the event, when I helped with the event hall's thorough setup. This included preparing the game booth for the events the following day, setting up the chairs and the event bunting placement, packing up the goodie bags to be given to the students, and setting up the registration desks. Each component was carefully considered to guarantee a smooth and professional implementation.</p><p><br></p><p>On the event day, I was entrusted with managing the registration section, welcoming participants, and ensuring a seamless check-in process. I also supervised the game booth, engaging with students and explaining the activities to encourage participation. The atmosphere throughout the event was vibrant and lively, with students actively taking part in the games, interacting enthusiastically, and showing great interest in the program’s activities.</p><p><br></p><p>In addition to my operational duties, I documented the event through photographs, capturing key moments such as the opening remarks, student engagement, and crowd interaction. I was also responsible for handling the consolation gift, which was presented to the UTHM management team as a token of appreciation from Gardenia for their cooperation and support.</p><p><br></p><p>Overall, the event proceeded smoothly, achieving its intended objectives of engaging the university community, promoting Gardenia’s brand presence, and creating a memorable experience for all attendees.</p>]]></description>

The program was scheduled to take place at Sekolah Kebangsaan Putrajaya Presint 9(1), Putrajaya, Malaysia.</p><p><br></p><p>In order to guarantee appropriate organisation and efficient seating arrangements for the pupils and attendees on the event day on August 5, 2025, I was tasked with preparing and setting up the seating area, including seat tagging. To make sure every section was correctly coordinated before execution, the team also thoroughly reviewed the event flow. Throughout the day, which on 2.30PM on August 4, 2025, a few thorough rehearsals were conducted to make sure everything went according to plan.</p><p><br></p><p>From the technical perspective, special attention was given to the flow of the gimmick segment and identifying potential risks or unexpected hazards, especially considering that the program was to be held outdoors. These precautionary measures were taken to ensure the safety of all participants and to guarantee the event proceeded as planned.</p><p><br></p><ul><li><p><strong>5.8.2025</strong></p></li></ul><p>The Yakult event entitled <strong><em>“Program Yakult Generasi Madani 2025: Yakult Dance Rope &amp; Misi Sihat Yakult”</em></strong> was organized in collaboration with the Ministry of Education Malaysia (KPM) and Yakult Malaysia. Throughout the program, I was required to remain prepared and alert for any last-minute changes to salutations and speeches, as the presence of high-profile guests required careful coordination.</p><p><br></p><p>Among the distinguished guests were <strong>Mr. Ithnin Bin Mahadi</strong>, Director of the Division of Sports, Co-Curriculum and Arts, Ministry of Education Malaysia; <strong>Mr. Hiroki Yanase</strong>, Managing Director of Yakult Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.; <strong>Ms. Mazlyn Mena Binti Mustapha</strong>, Associate Director of the Public Relations Department, Yakult Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.; <strong>Mr. Sabri Bin Sudin</strong>, Deputy Director of the Learning Sector, Federal Territory of Putrajaya Education Department; <strong>Mr. Ahmad Haridan Bin Haji Mohamed</strong>, Deputy Director of the Co-Curriculum and Arts Management Sector, Division of Sports, Arts and Co-Curriculum; and <strong>Ms. Rohana Binti Abd. Manaf,</strong> Headmistress of Sekolah Kebangsaan Putrajaya Presint 9(1). In addition, officers from the Ministry of Education Malaysia, representatives from Yakult Malaysia, as well as the school community of Sekolah Kebangsaan Putrajaya Presint 9(1) were also present to witness and support the event.</p><p><br></p><p>The program featured various engaging activities and was further highlighted by lively performances from the students of Sekolah Kebangsaan Putrajaya Presint 9(1). Their participation contributed to creating a vibrant and spirited atmosphere, aligning with the program’s objectives of promoting health awareness, active lifestyles, and community engagement. Overall, the event was carried out successfully, leaving a positive impression on both the organizers and the participants.</p><p><br></p><ul><li><p><strong>6.8.2025</strong></p></li></ul><p>On this date, I was assigned to attend a meeting to discuss the upcoming new project involving a school talk program in collaboration with <strong>Malaya Optical eyewear</strong>. The meeting focused on the objectives, target audience, and planning aspects required to ensure the success of the initiative, also overall of the upcoming program with Malaya Optical eyewear. Following the discussion, I was entrusted with the responsibility of contacting several international schools to propose and arrange the program. In order to keep track of the project's development and make sure that all required arrangements were in place, one of my duties was to start communication with the appointed persons-in-charge at each location. Additionally, since these permits are crucial to the program's successful operation, I had to properly obtain the official letters and documentation required for the event. In order to ensure that all needs were appropriately fulfilled within the time frame provided, this procedure needed careful coordination, perseverance in follow-ups, and maintaining a professional approach when communicating with different parties.</p>]]></description>

Prior to the event, the crew members were briefed by my supervisor to ensure they understood their respective responsibilities and the overall flow of the program.</p><p><br></p><p>In the early hours of the morning, I was tasked with collecting hampers from Gardenia, which served as consolation gifts for UiTM and the Ministry of Higher Education (KPT). Additionally, I was assigned to manage the microphone during the Q&amp;A session with Najwa Latif, ensuring smooth transitions between participants and speakers. The meeting was held at SMK Putrajaya Presint 16 (1) in Putrajaya, and it included a discussion with school instructors on the event's features and flow.<br><br>During the meeting, my specific role was to take pictures for documentation, which would then be utilised as part of a report to be sent to my supervisor. The conference focused on updating teachers on the program's two primary components: a mural competition among chosen schools and a one-hour school lecture session at each participating school.</p><p><br></p><p>The mural competition sought to artistically engage kids in visual storytelling that was consistent with Jasmine's campaign theme, while the school talk program attempted to educate and inspire students on subjects related to healthy lifestyle with Jasmine rice sponsored by Jasmine. My attendance at the meeting gave me direct experience with event planning talks and an understanding of how external stakeholders, such as school administrators and teachers, participate in the coordinating process.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p><mark>17.5.2025</mark></p><p><br></p><p>On this date, the <strong>RTE uni-tour</strong> continued at <strong>Universiti Malaya in Kuala Lumpur,</strong> as part of an ongoing program to engage university students through interactive and educative outreach. The event drew a significant number of students who were interested, many of whom loved the planned activities, which included a live performance by Miss Najwa Latif and the distribution of free Gardenia Ready To Eat bread products throughout the event.</p><p><br></p><p>My designated task for the day was to handle the registration station, where I greeted participants and verified that their participation was properly documented. In addition to registration, I was also responsible for presenting gift packages to students. Each goodie bag included special Gardenia products and product coupons, which served as both a mark of appreciation and a means to raise the visibility of the brand among their student body. The event went successfully, with enthusiastic participation and great feedback from the students of UM.</p>]]></description>

This meaningful community event was organized with sponsorship support from <strong>Gardenia, Jasmine, CSR, and Magnolia</strong>, with the aim of bringing joy and support to the B40 community during the holy month of Ramadan.</p><p><br></p><p>The setup and pre-event tasks took place at the main hall of SMK Tiara Permai in Kuala Lumpur, starting in the afternoon and continuing until 8.00 PM. My responsibilities included assisting the operations team with event layout preparation, donation item arrangement, and ensuring all necessary materials were ready for the smooth flow of the program on the following day.</p><p><br></p><ul><li><p><strong>25.3.2025</strong></p></li></ul><p>I was given the responsibility for handling the registration desk on <strong>March 25th</strong>, which was an important role during the event itself. My assignment started at 4:00 PM and lasted till 10:00 PM. Managing the name lists, registering guests, and guiding them to the appropriate areas were all my responsibilities. The guests list were the Ministry of Education Malaysia (KPM), Selangor State Education Department ( JPN Selangor) and the school's teachers. </p><p><br></p><p>The event welcomed B40 category students and their families, who came to receive donation packages from the event sponsors, which included essential items and food products. The program also featured a communal iftar session where the families, students, sponsors, and organizing team gathered to break fast together in a warm and supportive environment.</p><p><br></p><ul><li><p><strong>27.3.2025</strong></p></li></ul><p>I was tasked with revising and editing a number of formal documents regarding the <strong>Marrybrown School Program "Save and Active" Generasi Madani</strong> <strong>2025</strong> before submitting them to the Jabatan Pendidikan Negeri (JPN) of a few Malaysian states. These letters were essential since they were official requests for permission to run the program at particular schools in each state.<br><br>Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Terengganu, Kelantan, Johor, Melaka, Kedah, and Perak were among the states that were participating. Every letter had to be meticulously crafted and customised to satisfy the official JPN requirements, guaranteeing that all crucial program information—including goals, activities, and the suggested target schools—was communicated in an understandable manner.</p><p><br></p><p>This task required a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, as the approval from the respective JPNs is a mandatory step before the program can be implemented. By approaching these state education departments formally, we aimed to secure their cooperation and endorsement, thereby ensuring the program runs smoothly and in compliance with official guidelines.</p>]]></description>

This program, which focused on encouraging young kids to lead active and healthy lifestyles, was a component of a school tour that visited a few primary schools in Malaysia.  </p><p><br>In fulfilment of a request from Marrybrown, the program's target audience consisted of pupils in Years 4, 5, and 6. With support from Marrybrown, a well-known food and beverage company in Malaysia acknowledged for its dedication to corporate social responsibility and community involvement, the program attempted to promote early self-care habits, a healthy lifestyle, and an active lifestyle—all presented in an entertaining ways.</p>]]></description>

Bersama Malaya Optical,"</em></strong> on this particular occasion. Since the information had to maintain its original meaning while also being easily understood by the intended students, the translation process required precision and close attention to detail. I was tasked with finishing the assignment that same day in order to avoid interfering with the program's timeline.</p><p><br/></p><p>After the translation was finished, the slide was sent to the program's project executive for her approval and oversight. This phase was crucial to ensuring that the translation matched the program's goals and that the presentation as a whole aligned to the required professional standards. Along with helping to prepare for the program's effective implementation, the work gave me the chance to put my language and communication talents to use.</p><p><br/></p><ul><li><p><strong>19.9.2025</strong></p></li></ul><p>On the final day of my internship, I was entrusted with a simple yet meaningful task, which was to check and verify the total number of social media postings made by schools for the program <strong><em>“Misi Sihat Yakult 2025.”</em>  </strong></p><p><br/></p><p>Towards the end of the day, the team organised a small farewell session, where we shared light moments and expressed appreciation for the time we had spent together. It was a warm and memorable way to conclude my journey, as I felt valued and supported by the people I had worked with. Updating and improving the official slide deck that would be used during the school sessions was one of my main responsibilities. To make sure that the finished content and visuals were completely compliant with Marrybrown's appearances guidelines, tone, and message requirements, this activity was completed after the original presentation slides were provided to Marrybrown for approval and comments.</p><p><br></p><p>I was also given the responsibility of managing the correspondence and cooperation with a few chosen elementary schools around Malaysia after the slides had been revised and approved. Using the list of schools supplied by the team, I was responsible for making contact with each school’s administration to check their availability and consent for the school visit. Schools in the states of Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, Kelantan, Terengganu, Perak, Kedah, Melaka, and Johor were among the states covered by this program.</p><p><br></p><p>The purpose of this outreach was to finalize the event dates for each schools, ensuring that the program crew would be scheduled accordingly for their visits. These confirmations were crucial in preparing the logistics and movement plans for the school tour, as well as ensuring smooth coordination.</p><p><br></p><ul><li><p><strong>18.4.2025</strong></p></li></ul><p>One of the major tasks assigned to me during my internship was the preparation of several event reports for both recently executed and ongoing programs involving two Malaysian brands. These reports were part of the event documentation process required by the company for submission as part of the event wrap-up and final evaluations.</p><p>The three programs I was responsible for reporting on were:</p><p><br></p><ol><li><p><strong>8tive School Tour bersama Gardenia Breakthrough 3.0</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Membasmi Kuman bersama Larrie</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Program Serlahkan Keceriaan bersama Gardenia Quick Bites 2.0 2025</strong></p></li></ol><p><br></p><p>Each report was expected to include a clear outline of the program objectives, a reflection section evaluating the execution and participant engagement, as well as the outcomes or results of the program.
