      <description>A graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a bachelor of science in petroleum land management, Mark L. Grawe is an experienced energy executive who began his career in 1981 at the Texas Oil &amp; Gas Corporation. He spent 6 years at the Dallas, Texas-based enterprise, where he performed title examinations and planned sourcing efforts for new prospects and producing properties, among other responsibilities. Mark L. Grawe departed the business in 1987 and joined Oryx Energy Company, where he served 5 years as a senior staff landman and team leader.

After a later role as a senior landman with the Union Pacific Resources Company, he founded Crimson Energy Company and functioned as its Vice President. Mr. Grawe helped build the firm from the ground up through the acquisition of three businesses and more than 180 wells over a 7-year period before its sale in 2005 for $130 million. He then worked for 3 years as the Senior Vice President of operations at Bas Oil and Gas, Ltd.

Mark L. Grawe has served as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of EagleRidge Energy, LLC, in Texas since 2009. Responsible for drilling, financial reporting, and accounting oversight, he has closed on more than 100 acquisitions and helped grow the business to include over 1,500 operational wells in the Barnett Shale.</description>
