2 Under developed countries How they use they money?

They use a big part of the money they receive to pay debts, for every dollar they receive from this aid, the banks keep three more in interest payments on Third World external debt, so poor countries even end up paying the wealthier more than they help.

They have almost no money to have their own savings or invest in social expenses because the little money they have left after debts, they are used in business or they invest in politics.

4 Conclusion

Because
most of the money that the most developed countries donate (which is only 0.7% or much less) to the underdeveloped to help them in their progress, is for the benefits of the developed ones, whether for political or commercial reasons. The money that the underdeveloped receive is paid for debts, and with the money that remains, they cannot pay for their means to build their own economies or social expenses.
Furthermore, raw materials exported from developing countries have lost more than 50% of their commercial value in the last 15 years. This means that developed countries take advantage of it for their own interests. According to Action Aid International's 'Real Aid' report, only 40% of aid against poverty is real, the rest is lost in administrative costs, business interests and lack of coordination.
