Introduction
I took the survey to forty four people of my English class 6/6, the objective of this survey is to know about the type of music that my classmates like, given that I really like music and wanted to have knowledge about the tastes in terms of music

of my colleagues.

Background
My survey consisted of 10 questions, which were divided into 5 Wh questions and 5 yes / no questions, which are the following:
1. Do you like to listen to music?
2. What kind of music do you like?
3. Why do you like this kind of music?
4. Do you like a different kind of music that usually listen to?
5. How much time do you spend listening to music?
6. What is your favorite Singer?
7. What is your favorite Band?
8. Do you have ever attended a concert?
9. Did do you like the experience?
10. Do you like Rock?

Methodology
The methodology used to conduct the surveys was through a digital medium, as this facilitated me in terms of the time factor, and thus be able to tabulate the results much faster.

What kind of music do you like?
The first question in my survey is about what kind of music they like, in which the result obtained was that 23% like pop, followed by the electronic music that 4% of people like, music romantica has a percentage of 30%, classical music barely 2%, reggaeton with 11%, hip hop has 5%, bachata with 9% and finally Kpop, jpop has 14%, which means that the first three preferences by type of music was romantic music, pop and kpop music, jpop.

Why do you like this kind of music?
question two is about why he likes this type of music, so we have 44 answers that will be detailed in the annex, since being an open question, has several explanations, impossible to tabulate.

How much time do you spend listening to music?
The third question consists of about how many hours they spend listening to music, between the parameters of 1-5 hours that obtained a percentage of 52%, of 6-10 hours with a percentage of 34% and finally the parameter of 11- 15 hours with a percentage of 14%

What is your favorite Singer?
the fourth question followed the methodology of the second question, that is, a question with an open answer, that is why we obtained some singers as a result, so it is tabulated in a graph that is shown in the annex.

What is your favorite Band?

Do you like to listen to music?
in this question, it is about whether the respondent enjoys listening to the music as such, this was obtained as a positive answer 100%, leaving with a percentage of 0% to the alternative answers of no or maybe.

Question Nº4
Do you like a different kind of music that usually listen to?
in question number 4, it is about whether the respondents listen to another type of gender apart from what they usually hear, what was obtained as a positive response was the percentage of 91% and only 9% indicated that they did not listen to any other type of music.

Do you have ever attended a concert?
question eight is about whether the people surveyed have attended a concert, either their favorite singer or favorite band, then the results where 20 people answered yes, 45% instead the rest of people responded with a no, representing 55%.

Did do you like the experience?
the answer to this question is based on the previous question, about whether you have attended a concert, that is to say that if you enjoyed this experience, it was obtained that 43% enjoyed the experience, another 43% responded negatively and a 14% answered that they have not attended a concert.

Question Nª10
Do you like Rock?
finally we have the last question that is about whether respondents may like rock, it was found that 77% do not like rock and 23% if they like it.

2. I could see that most of you listen to the romantic music that is to say it represents 30% of the results, this is followed by pop with 23% and finally we have people who prefer the Asian genre in 14%.

3. In this question several answers were obtained, which made it impossible to tabulate them, but it should be noted that the majority likes music, because of the messages it transmits, the rhythm, the sound of the instruments, or because of the fun and relaxing that they can be, according to gender.

4. in this question, the majority responded positively that they like other types of genres despite having a favorite, with 91% and only 9% answered that they do not like another type of music.

5. About this question, the interval that took the highest percentage was 1-5 hours, obtaining 52% and the rest was distributed in the two remaining intervals.

6. Being an open question, there were several answers, but the artists stand out more as Luis Fonsi, Romeo Santos, Shakira and demi Lovato.

7. the same as the previous question, being an open question several answers were given, but the favorite bands that stand out are Reik, Morat, jonas brothers, Sin Bandera and those who do not have a favorite band.

8. is this question is obtained as a conclusion that 55% have not attended a concert and 45% have not had the opportunity to go to one of these.

9. this question is related to the previous one, as a result it was obtained that almost half enjoyed the experience, and likewise the other part did not, that could be given for several circumstances, the rest did not have the opportunity to go to a concert.

10. and finally the last question I'm talking about is the rock genre, which apparently is not very accepted, only a minority enjoys this genre.
