         <description><![CDATA[<div>During required upgrade training, supervisor laid out requirments and let the Amn accomplish them alone. Being resonsible for finding instructors and class work.<br>Hands off approach saved time for both supervisor and mentor to complete the mission.<br><br>In Supply when we conduct inventories our section is passive. this impacts followers because they have freedom and space to perform thier job without micro management. this impacts thier ability to lead this give them more time to focus on other airman and outside of work problems they may have. it effects the mission because everyone in our section operates effectively while still maintaining high standards.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Contingent Rewards<br>-For passing inspection was given a day off of work<br>-Given time off when returning home after being TDY<br><br>1)The reward was motivating for the followers. <br><br>2)The followers felt that leadership cared and recognized their efforts. Which enhanced the relationship and increased followers willingness to provide maximum effort.<br><br>3)Followers were more motivated and rested as a result of the reward and were able to able to accomplish the mission to their maximum potential.<br><br><br></div>]]></description>
