Since I'm going to Middle School I want to say thank you before I can't.  You let us have art time which was really fun because you could make literally anything. You brought stuffed animals to school.  I remember I would fight with Chase over the snake.  My favorite time was when you brought chicken eggs and we saw them hatch and we could hold them.  That was so, so, so fun! I also remember the songs for the letters.  That was fun.  I still remember the letter with the girl and pie.

Before I leave Park Avenue , I just wanted to thank you so much for starting me off in my elementary school years.  I learned so much about everything I didn't learn in pre - school.  You taught me colors, the alphabet, my numbers, and my shapes.  Mrs. Canfield you were such a helpful teacher in kindergarten. I'm so glad I had you for kindergarten. I can't thank you enough for really welcoming me into elementary school.  I really enjoyed having you as my teacher.  You showed me your bunny journal of your bunny which I thought was both very cute and cool.  You were such an awesome and amazing teacher.  I really appreciate the things we did that year, like having kinder - buddies and creating a book with the kinder - buddies.  I also liked when we made the delicious gingerbread cookies and the gingerbread men.  That was really cool.  I really enjoyed being in your kindergarten class and I will definitely miss you when I move up to a fifth - grader in the middle school.

I still have our memory book. For you I wrote I love my teacher Mrs. Lowry  because she is funny, pretty and kind.  When Lauren and I talked you barely yelled at us. As I leave elementary school and go to the middle school  I wanted you to know this.  You are the best first grade teacher in the universe.
