-The expert from UPM is Mr. Mohd Jefry Mohd Fauzi worked as librarian and the expert from Bangi Public Library is Mrs. Mariyani Yasee worked as assistant librarian.

2) Questionnaire
-A few questions were given to make a survey on the problem misplaced books in the library.
-The total of respondents are 58 people.
-The respondents are students from UKM, students from other universities and also civilian.
-The questionnaires are randomly distributed to the library users, classmates and others
-This survey were distributed during the interview at the libraries on 21st  November 2018 using the survey paper
-There are 2 ways to distribute the questionnaires which are using papers and google form

3) Library research

-Collect information and data which is available in the internet relating to the problems of a misplaced books in foreign library.

· Make a library research and collect information which is available in the internet relating to the problems of a misplaced books in other libraries.
· The information from internet discussed about the thousands of books misplaced or lost from Suffolk’s libraries.
 
B.    Questionnaire 
· The type of questionnaires used was google form in the form of multiple choice-questions.
· The questionnaires are randomly distributed through whatsapp to 25 random respondents and spreaded from 19 November till 27 November.
·  The respondents are students from UKM, students from other universities and civilian. 
·  10 questions were given regarding to the problem to know how serious this problem.

C.    Interview
·  The expert that was selected are from University Putra Malaysia (UPM) and Bangi Public Library.
·  The interview was conducted on 21st November 2018. 
·  The expert from UPM is Mr. Mohd Jefry Mohd Fauzi worked as librarian and the expert from Bangi Public Library is Mrs. Mariyani Yasee worked as library assistant.

·  The observation held at Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN).
·   On 21st November 2018 observation has been done.
·   Observe on how Uniten’s library get over the misplaced books problem.

2)Librian may get some robotic help in keeping books in their right place.This robotic librian have function to check every shelf called 'shelf-scanning.Through this technology,it can tell the librian whick books are missing or out of place.

3)In this era with technology lead our world,PTSL should need to upgrade the system such as to put a chip in every books so it can trace the book without librian have to consume more time to find the missing or misplaced book
