         <description><![CDATA[<p>Culturally responsive teaching and the brain is a text I have used with teacher residents in my job. The principles are in alignment with the CRSE framework. I think that CRSE means to embed these principles into teacher prep programs and schools in a way that is lasting and changes academic outcomes for marginalized students long term.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>NY has CRSE, but I am not familiar with other states' CRSE requirements. However, I am familiar with the number of states that are refusing to be culturally relevant at all, with book bans, removal of Black and Brown authored books, etc. </p>]]></description>
