Maybe the greatest of all

It can make you feel happy inside

When it gives you a kiss

That's something I will never miss

Thank you for every time you 
make me laugh

Your heart is bigger than a giraffe

I will never miss a day

Without you, if that’s okay

He was soft as a gummy

And I realized he was just a puppy.

It made time goes so rapid

Life made me realized that time was important 

It also made me feel like that life was shorten 

It made me realized the little things were forgotten

Oh how this made me feel this world is so rotten 

My mental health is now healed

My love for baseball is so high

My favorite month to play in is during July

When I hit the ball my confidence goes up

And everyday I think about my pup

I wonder if my dog ate yet

I wonder if the Cubs won yet

I wonder if the Cubs win the world series again

I wonder if school is almost over

I wonder if I have eaten yet

I wonder if my dog is not bored

I wonder if my next baseball game is at our home field

I wonder if I can hit a homerun again

I wonder if I can push harder

I wonder if I can be stronger

Sitting on the couch, watching tv

He saw baseball players hitting home runs

Saying,”One day, I’m going to be like them!”

10 years later go by

He is now hitting the ball so high

The ball is going over the fence

And it was his dream to do it
