         <description><![CDATA[<div>1.&nbsp;We organize and shape information as we process, store, and retrieve it. We can not focus on everything that comes our way we focus on important stimuli. Once we learn information it has to be transferred otherwise it is lost. Therefore not allowing us to memorize it. For example if you were to meet someone new and you have just heard their name for the first time,&nbsp;you have learned their name but if you do not process it and actually memorize the name and pr&nbsp;then more than likely you will not remember the person's name. </div>]]></description>
