         <description><![CDATA[<p>Musicians' brains are very active when they play. It's like a big celebration inside their heads. Special machines show us this. When people listen to music, many parts of their brain work together quickly. But playing music is even better for the brain. It's like a full exercise. It makes the brain stronger for other things too.</p><p><br></p><p>Playing music needs good hand control and uses all parts of the brain. It mixes talking and counting skills with being creative. This helps the brain send messages quickly and in different ways. Musicians can think of solutions better and remember things well. They can tag memories like we tag photos online.</p><p><br></p><p>Scientists say playing music is special. It's not like sports or painting. Learning music makes the brain work better. This helps us understand how our brain works like an orchestra.</p>]]></description>

Secondly, it develops better self-awareness because you have the opportunity to express yourself when playing a musical instrument, which will then nourish your creative side. Finally, keeping your mind sharp is the most thrilling benefit when learning the musical notes. When people listen to music, music activates their brain and make parts of it work quickly and energetic. But playing music is even more. It's a full exercise for our body, especially our brain. So what are the benefits of playing instruments to our brain? Let's find out! As we all know, when playing an instrument, we'll have to use our hands and eyes, sometimes our mouth, to play the instrument. This is a incredible coordination and an amazing control of many skills. This increases the activity in our brain, helps it deliver messages faster and makes the brain even sharper. Moreover, playing instruments also helps you be more creative and improves your mood. It makes you happier when you are totally immersed in that wonderful music. So...to sum up, playing an instrument isn't a normal leisure activity. It's a hobhy that helps you a lot to warm you up, improve your skills and especially make your brain better.</p><p><br/></p>]]></description>

Firstly, practicing an instrument requires hard work of both our brain and muscles! It's similar to a full body exercise. Remembering song pieces also trains our brain to be stronger to solve problems or remember things, too. Secondly, playing music actually needs both sides of the brain, we use the left brain because of the tempo we are counting and other things we are taking control of. Expressing our emotion and creativity through the music functions the right brain. Lastly, playing a musical instrument not only increases your hand-eye coordination but also it can improve our mood and state of mind even more, we can feel relaxed and happier. When playing music, our brain has to work harder, which means we're doing a full exercise for our brain, which makes it stronger and healthier. </p><p><br/></p><p>As we know, when playing music, we need good hand and eyes control skill, sometimes we also use mouth when playing an instrument, which is a significant and crazy coordination. Our brain will have to work faster than a normal person, while remembering notes and melody, we also mix the creativity in our performance. </p><p><br/></p><p>Scientists find out playing instruments is special. It just different than sports or painting. It is not simple as a leisure activity or a hobby to unwind, it helps improve your control skill, gain your creativity and more, make your brain grows stronger.</p>]]></description>
