-          for my information, Persada Oasis are usually offers two favourite our insurance which is AXA travel Insurance & Etiqa Travel Insurance.

-          Customer are necessary to incluce insurance into the package but is a choice  but  As travel agent is a must to consult customer to take travel insurance and explain that the important of travel insurance. 

-          If customer refuse to include travel insurance company are not responsible due to their problems and it by at own risk.  The letter  agreement of insurance are present by company to avoid any compliment and cases. 

-          In other task, present the costing of package that already given from head finance department Pn.Amalina. study package based on previous of POTT cases. 

-          Do correction due to mistake of costing package and submit again to Pn.Amalina .

-          Moreover, key in all backwards record name of POTT customer into Excel. Name customer that have been referring our company, especially from Fb advertising.

-          Furthermore, research all package that include in BB, HB & FB hotel at Mekkah  & Medina. The provided of requirement and facilities of any hotel.

-          Learn how to communicate well with customer or any agency to have cooperation and link among them.

-          Have a solution to give talk with customer that face up with any problem or issue.

-          I am given a task for search list of NGO, unity and organization for have cooperation with them.

-          On the next day, I help to stick visa ‘UMRAH’ at the back of passport. The reason to that so for easier at imigresian check point to uncover any compliment and come out problems.

-          Then, have a briefing follow SOP checklist for ‘UMRAH’ course on this Sunday. This courses mainly for focusing towards March pilgrims group. They explain itinerary programme and check on list accessory especially luggage, and all needed essential. 

-          Re-check file and ensure all note, books and list of requirement pilgrims within period of ‘UMRAH’ have been include into file. It easier for them to tally all necessary tools.

-          Furthermore, in technical part I also need to re-check about PA system, mic and laptop in fully good condition to avoid any error.

-          The crucial part is ensure passport is in completely enough according list of participation besides check expiry date of passport and reconfirm visa already tally with embassy and stick to back of visa.

-          Then, arrange beg and include sling beg to luggage. Continue, checklist for courses ‘umrah’ for this Sunday.

-          Ensure all essential needed pilgrims complete

-          Briefing about marketing. Scan group WaBlast and create new channel do filtering WaBlast. Remove all revoked group WaBlast and add all link to persona whatsapps.  Aim targeted person such as NGO and government sector.

-          Manage passport pilgrims’ flight on 22 Mac and stick passport photo at back page of passport. For the crucial part image must be clear and avoid doubtful.

-          Do tagging beg and name tag for pilgrims. Cut and set in lanyard.

-          Manage name tag and luggage name according family .

-          Find out ‘MUASSAH’ list from MOTAC website and split according 

-Cut and manage food coupon for pilgrims within their travelling at Mecca and Medina.

-          As for my focus task is on outbound package. Try create a package that can be offer to customer. Learn and research all intineary from other travel company. I was given as task for designing new page of outbound package. Manage to form a one school holiday package that focus on children. This is our new challenge because due to Saudi Arabia terms and condition as our company cannot focus more on ‘umrah’ package.

-          I create package china and turkey based on our contract rate. So then later, we can sold our package to customer .

-          In addition, Co-Founder Persada Oasis travel and tours give talk and training about itinerary ‘umrah’ within period of travelling. For my information, our flight departure Kuala Lumpur and arrival Jeddah. 

-          Beside that, Tn.syed bahri explain 12 days 10 night of itinerary. As from his experience, at Jeddah Airport have 2 time of imgrison, passport need to be cop and ensure settle visa before pass imgrison point and then we be told that bas already wait pilgrims at airport.

-          As for my job to focus on outbound I need to continue create package Visit China. In addition, after itinerary has settle continue on costing in referring contract rate.

-          Next, update connection with other company for confirmation on Umrah.

-          Therefore, I am do list of Facebook advertising customer that respond on online media advertising.

-          For today, i and officemate have journey to Matta Fair at PWTC. So, from office drive to KTM station and continue our journey using public transportation. At one station we need to change LRT train and straight away to our destination. 

-          At Matta Fair we required to learn how to market and promote the company product. We separate according hall, and for my task I need to focus outbound so chose outbound hall (PWTC,HALL 3) to have more experience on it. After that, we finish all task and back to office. 

-          Get ready to do report and present to boss.

-On other hand, manage all luggage and ensure they got 3 beg per pax.

-          This package is about 4 days and 3 night. Customer ask for visit kindergarten at Padang, so we need to setting the itinerary according their order. 

-          Google suitable picture to give a view towards customer. Furthermore, find suitable airline and give rate ticket flight. As my information, customer can have their own ticket flight and using package from us because our package exclude ticket flight. So customer can choose whether include ticket flight or not but it all on their risk. Buy own ticket flight in group may have occur a problem with seats meanwhile if our company buy ticket flight for them, we need to book the seats and customer can sit together with one group.

-          Update costing Turkey package and finish up all Turkey package and submit to Pn.Amalina to recheck the package before blast to customer.

-          Do tagging name due to flight on 22/3/2019

-          Find a right place to set up the event and call them to ask about range price.
