Dweck`s (2014) Talk ‘The Power of Yet ’ aimed to illustrate the value of ‘growth mind-set’ .Not yet is a growth mind-set which believes in there is still room for getting better, this simply thought gives unbelievable changes to person who stick to the mind of ‘Not Yet’.

Firstly, Dr.Dweck has gave an example about the ‘Not Yet Grade’. There were two different group kids, some have a growth mindset, others don't. And the fixed mindset students feel catastrophic after failure, while growth mindset students understand abilities can be developed but feel more confident when facing challenges. No adopt that the group of students who hold growth mindset have showed more competitive than fixed mindset students during following studies.

Dr.Dweck also showed a lot convincing experimental results, indicates that is important to have the ‘Not Yet Mindset’. ‘Not Yet’ means challenge yourself ,also more and stronger nerve cell connection will come from that, represent people are getting smarter from that.
