Get the teams attention my blowing the whistle and tell them to come closer to me so i can explain the session to them
Make sure they are listening, and they have no distractions. Explain the session twice to the players they understand what im trying to teach them. 


What you did well?
I managed to teach them what i wanted them to learn, I kept them interested of what i wanted to do and i managed to keep their concentration. 

What could you improve? 
I could improve with more tactical knowledge, and I need to be more independent and not look for help while I'm struggling to teach

I got everyone round the table and got them to put down their bats and listen to what I'm gonna say to them, I even explain to them twice to them that i want them to do a circuit around the tables and for them to do some warmups by running around the table and playing a shot to me and then run around the table in a line, this makes their reactions and fitness sharper.

There's 11 players trying to play together and need to communicate with each other to pass and how we attack and defend.

I set up cones around the basket and i told them that I wanted them to dribble around the cones and then hit the Bankshot 
after sometime I tell them they can only dibble with one hand and that hand is the opposite way of where they are in the hall.
