  • San Bernardino County offers Center-Based and Home-Based Head Start and Early Head Start.

  • The county also offer home-based socialization activities which strengthen the parent/child relationship.

  • They also offer a program for Low Income First Time Mothers in which a registered nurse will come to their home and provide prenatal care and education on infant care, health, and development.

  • San Bernardino County also has a State Preschool Program that is combined with Head Start to provide services to all families that are enrolled.
