         <description><![CDATA[<div>Biram Ruz<br>2 cups of long grain rice&nbsp;<br>2 cups of whole milk<br>2 cups of heavy cream<br>1/2 tsp salt<br>1/2 tsp pepper<br>1 tablespoon butter<br>1)Preheat oven to 400 degrees&nbsp;<br>2) Combine milk and cream in saucepan; bring to a boil (Be careful not to burn it!)<br>3) In a casserole dish add rice, cream mixture, salt and pepper<br>4) Bake covered for 35 mins<br>5) Uncover and add slices of butter into rice&nbsp;<br>6) Cook uncovered for 20 mins or until rice is browned on top</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Egg Drop Soup<br>2 room temperature eggs, beaten&nbsp;<br>4 cups of chicken stock<br>1 tsp salt<br>1 tsp sugar<br>1 tsp soy sauce<br>2 green onions, chopped (green parts only)<br>1) Bring the chicken stock to a boil<br>2) Reduce heat to low<br>3) Slowly and carefully pour the eggs into the broth in a very thin stream. While pouring the egg hold a fork in your other hand and slowly stir the broth<br>4) Simmer for about 1 min<br>5) Remove from heat and cover for 1 min<br>6) Add salt, sugar, and soy sauce&nbsp;<br>7) Stir<br>8) Serve topped with green onion </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>2 cans of Chickpeas rinsed and strained<br>1/2 cup of oat flour (make your own by blending oats in the blender or use any flour of choice)<br>1 - green onions<br>1 clove of garlic<br>1 tsp cumin<br>1/4 cup of white onions<br><br>Add all ingredients in food processor and pulse until completely combined, should make dough. Form patties and bake for 10 mins at 350, turn and bake for another 5 mins. You can also fry them.</div>]]></description>
