         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Crime means the action that someone did is not allowed by law and depends on different countries and change over time<br><br>2. Criminal will break prohibitory rules or laws, and affect society and harmful to others<br><br>3. Deviances are the behaviours that are socially and morally unacceptable, but Crime is determined by judges and law-makers based on the norms and values and will be punished by laws.<br><br>4. Crime and deviance is not objective because the dominant social norms and values will affect how people see each other and determine as a crime, but the norms always ignore minority opinions.<br><br>5.&nbsp; In Scotland and the rest of the UK, homosexuality used to be a criminal offence and now homosexuality was decriminalised in Scotland with the Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 1980.<br><br>6.&nbsp; In some countries, people can marry 4 wives, but other countries if people get marry with more than one wife then it is a crime.</div>]]></description>

Women driving in Saudi Arabia was a crime and was considered deviant but it is now no longer a crime.<br>6.
