In a way yes, it is better than some other diets like the clear food diet where you only eat food that is somewhat translucent.          <description><![CDATA[<div>For teenagers, it is not a bad dietary plan. It will be hard to maintain but if they want to they can and it won`t affect too much of the body but because you can`t eat grains, bean, soy , and dairy there may be some set backs but what dietary plan does have any negatives. Overall I believe that teenagers shouldn't`t be doing diets for their health but if it is necessary I recommend this caveman diet.</div>]]></description>
