I like Jack Pearson because of his personality. He grew up with a difficult childhood but he try his best to be a best father. I’ll say that he is a person who never gives up and he always turns a crisis into a new opportunity. Just like a sentence he always says “Took the sourest lemon that life has to offer, and turned it into something resembling lemonade.’’

Why is THIS IS US my favorite TV series ?

It is because every time I watch this series, it brings me warmth. In addition, it not only gives me some advice about how to face the death but also gives me a lot of life lessons. What’s more, This drama changed my attitude to the future because I used to think that an unfortunate childhood would prevent us from running towards a happy future. I can’t deny that childhood would influence us a lot. However, this kind of myth was broken by Jack Person. Although he came from difficult families, he still tries as hard as he can to make that part of him as small as possible. If I could only describe this drama in one sentence, I would choose this one sentence “We’re not perfect but we have never stopped loving”.
