In the pre-flight briefing assessment we were in groups and all had different roles role playing a preflight briefing, we had a script and discussed what needs to be said before a flight e.g if there is any turbulence.
Good - we were prepared before hand and was confident in what we were doing
Bad- next time I would make sure I was looking forward more rather then looking at the script

For my presentation I had a lesson to discuss with my team then had to present it as a group. It was about travel and tourism industry
Good - we were well prepared with a script and a PowerPoint to ensure the presentation went well.

At work I have to use communication all the time to make sure the work goes well and we aren’t behind
Good- I am confident when speaking to customers.
Bad- sometimes I don’t know the answers to all the customer’s questions which shows bad communication.

In cabin crew we had to create a scrip and present in the same lesson promoting a random thing the teacher gave us

Coming to college every day shows motivation as I haven’t given up throughout the year and have progressed into the second year to finish the course, I would change how quickly I do my assignments as I feel like I could have been more up to date with them.

Another way I showed resilience is at college when dealing with angry or upset custome, I have to stay pacient even if it’s busy and deal with the complaint by either a refund or changing the item.

Evidence 1- tesco

Explain the activity- the job roles at tesco included stocking shelves, stock rotation , changing promotional items, cleaning shop floors.

What went well? in the job i became more confident with customer service and gained knowledge of the job role.

What would you change if you did it again? i would be faster and the job and get it done more efficiently.

What did you achieve from this work experience? I achieved work experience, confidence as this was my first job, and customer service skills.

Explain the activity- in this job i worked on tills handling cash and payments, working with food and food hygiene standards and worked face to face with customers dealing with orders and complaints.

What went well? while working there I gained skills in handling with money, customer service and how to deal with complaints.

What would you change if you did it again? id not work there again.
