1. Was lost and confused in Geylang, no money and no phone.
2. Kind old woman approached me and asked me concernedly whether I was lost.
3. Suspicious, I looked her over and decided to trust her.
4. She called a taxi for me and lent me enough money to pay for it.
5. Relieved, I thanked her repeatedly and with emphasis and went on my way.
6. I will never forget the kindness of the stranger, and will take this as a revealing experience that not all strangers are melevolent, and you should always extend your kindness and good graces to people who are less fortunate than you.

Confused and dazed, I emerged from the MRT station. I had managed to lose both my wallet and my phone, and was absolutely terrified. I had no idea where I was or where I came from. I was trying to return home from Jalan Besar stadium after a hectic round of basketball. I got straight out of the MRT once I realized that I had left my posessions in the stadium. I managed to hitch a ride from one of my friends, but after allowing me to leave the MRT, my friend continued home. Tears streaming down my face, I stumbled across the passage. Where was I?
