Valentine's Design "Speed Dating"

Event Details: Attendees would RSVP to attend Custom Ink's "Speed Dating/Design Night"

Set Up Computers/Desk Head:Head

Each person gets an allotted amount of time to design a shirt that they believe will be the winner of the nights contest.

After each guest finishes designing their shirt their information gets saved into embassy and salesforce for us to capture possible future opportunity information.

Staff will vote on top design to determine winner. "Cast" Their votes and then announce winner at end of event / contest.

Winner of nights contest can either receive that singles order or a coupon for a singles order of their choice to redeem within 30 calendar days.

Theming for event: Tinder / Swipe Right type of marketing and advertisements.

Heart Balloons.

Refreshments: Red Punch + (offer byob and make event adult only); any food items to be discussed.

A postcard offering 10% off a future order and this will be a cute heart shaped coupon created by Logan or Claire.

Love letters by Custom Ink

Event Details: Attendees will RSVP to Custom Ink's Night of Love Letters

We will provide custom ink branded valentines day stationary for potential customers and their children to create "Love Letters" that can be sent to their special someone or taken with them to be given for valentines day.

We will have stations set up for each person to design, write and create a love letter for their special someone. These are to be sealed with custom ink stickers, as much custom ink branding as possible on the product. (Encourage kids to draw their best octopus on the back or use lots of brand stickers)

A postcard offering 10% off a future order and this will be a cute heart shaped coupon created by Logan or Claire will be provided to the parents / participants of the event.

Capture future customer information when asking for return address information, we will hand write this for them so we are able to enter that info to salesforce with task to reach out after "connecting" at event.

Refreshments: Red Punch + Cupcakes, etc.

Theming: Heart Balloons, Red Table Cloths, etc.

Egg Hunt at Custom Ink

A simple yet "eggfective" egg hunt at Custom Ink showroom.

Hide eggs in different products and locations around showroom. (Fill eggs with; Custom Ink Stickers, Custom Ink Keychains, Custom Ink Etc., Candy) One Free Singles Order Voucher - Top Prize***

Move desks and computers into the back and create an indoor egg hunting area. (even use break room area for more space and hiding spots) Hide eggs in hard to find spots so egg hunt can be more challenging and last longer.

Maybe all orange eggs with our stickers on them? Or all white eggs with our stickers and one orange egg as the grand prize.

Refreshments (Easter party cakes, spring colored punch, water.)
