I'm going to pre-apologize for the novel-length of this. :) The amount of logistics is daunting and anxiety inducing. I would love specific instructions. For example:
1. a diagram of how classrooms need to be set up
2. instructions for how and who will be sanitizing
3. class period breakdown:
- how much time for cleaning
- are we in the hallway during five minute passing or cleaning? Are we handing out wipes at the door?
4. Formal training on cleaning supplies (towels vs. wipes, spray?)
5. Tech set up (which is coming from tech team)
6. Seating assignments
- can we have laminated lists of who sits at a desk on the desk? This way they can be sanitized) I saw this on a White River teacher's desks.
7. Instructions and guidelines for bathrooms: do we have a pass? How do kids sign out? do we need to limit them so we know how many students are in bathrooms at a time? Do students have to wipe anything down after using the bathrooms?
8. What's the protocol for tardies?
9. Specific guidelines for masks and gloves. How often do we need to change them? (If I'm roaming, do I need to change a mask each time I enter a new classroom?)
10. What are the protocols for Lock downs and fire drills.
11. What are the guidelines for students coming with computers from home? Do they wipe them down? When? How?
12. What happens if the internet fails? How will families at home be contacted and who will be contacting them.
13. Where do teachers go when their room is being used by a roaming teacher?
14. What about the staff bathrooms? Do we need to clean or sanitize after use? What does coverage look like for staff if they need a restroom break?

I echo the question about teaching from home if I feel well but have a symptom that gets me "red-exed", but I anticipate the district answer will be NO because they would have to pay two people (me to teach and a sub to supervise) and also NO because they won't want to open an avenue for teachers not comfortable coming to the building to avoid doing so (I don't imagine we will be trusted to be honest) What discussions are being had about this? Will the instructional benefits of keeping teachers teaching outweigh other considerations? If I'm not in class it will be a lost day. There's no getting around that. And I don't want any more lost time because of HR issues. Plus, if another teacher has to stay home and I'm asked to cover for them, I would much rather be the bouncer than try to teach their concurrent lesson. I anticipate that wouldn't go well.
