         <description><![CDATA[<div>One of my coping strategies is to make up my bed in the morning… This helps me focus my mind and start with a positive outlook for the day.  It’s simple but very hard for me to do.  When I do it it really helps my mental state.  I am doing a personal challenge of making up my bed every day for the rest of May. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>This is something that is very easy to do and doesn't take much time.  Just one minute of deep breathing can increase oxygen to the brain, lower your heart rate and increase your focus.  It feels good to exhale for the entire 4 counts.  I visualize stressors being released during this time and inhaling positivity, wellness, hope, strength, and other attributes that can improve my outlook each day.  </div>]]></description>
