A quinceañera which is an important celebration in the Mexican culture. This constitutes a ceremony on a girl’s fifteenth birthday to mark her passage to womanhood, to give thanks to God for his blessings, and to present a young woman to the community. I learned that the fifteenth birthday ceremony usually includes religion and culture classes so that the girl can begin to learn about and understand her culture. I believe it was a beautiful experience to watch because it showed the customs highlight of God, family, friends, music, food, and the dancing.

The movie is Mexican comedy about a bank robber who was recently released from prison and works as a substitute teacher in order to retrieve the loot he buried under a high school's new gym. However, his unruly class of teenagers proves to be more of an obstacle than he anticipated. By watching this movie I learned more Spanish vocabulary and being to understand the language way better.
