Reading corner A
In corner A, books, dolls and different children-friendly furniture are provided. Besides, the corner is decorated with jungle theme. Children can decide what to do and enjoy reading without constraints and directions. “When educators create pleasant, unconstrained, and undirected literacy learning opportunities, children will receive more benifits that are different from those that they get though interacting with adults. (Lee, 2017, p.526)”. In this environment, children can decide how to learn by themselves instead of following instructions of teachers.

The design of reading corner C is simple and neat. Students can sit and read in a comfortable way. There is not much decoration to distract them while they are reading. As per Lee (2017), “educators create pleasant, unconstrained, and undirected literacy learning opportunities, children will receive benefits that are different from those that they get through interacting with adults”.

There is no better place to read than a cozy quiet reading corner peacefully. The reading corner B is preferable because it is neat and tidy. The corner is free from distraction and there is a lot of storage for children to navigate the space independently. The benefits of an organised reading corner is irreplaceable, “When educators create pleasant, unconstrained, and undirected literacy learning opportunities, children will receive benefits that are different from those that they get through interacting with adults” (Lee, 2017 , p.526).

Reading Corner C adopts the theme of Dr. Seuss, where a picture of Dr. Seuss is pasted on the wall, and red-and-blue decorations and furniture are used. The corner presents a cozy feel as it uses soft lighting from the ceiling and soft seats and cushions where children can read and discuss with each other without teachers’ interference. The books and game boxes are well-organized into wooden book shelves. Through the setting of such a reading room in a kindergarten, teachers can "create pleasant, unconstrained, and undirected literacy learning opportunities’(Lee, 2017, p. 526), which facilitates children’s development of reading and communication skills.

We think reading corner C is more comfortable than others as it provides more spaces for children to read and the wall painting is beautiful and children can feel free to choose the books they like.As Lee (2017) has mentioned a plaesant, unconstrained, and undirected literacy learning opportunities, children will receive benefits that are different from those that they are through interacting with adults. Therefore , reading corner C can stimulate children to read more books.
