I want to personally thank you for all you do make us successful here in the Metro Office.  With your assistance it makes our job palatable, and allows us to do what we do, and I want to really say a HUGE Thank You.  It’s not always easy being flexible to all the personalities, but you seem to be made for it, and I want to say Thank You. I know how the front office runs and sometimes it can be a little lonely, but please know you are a VITAL part of the Metro Team and we APPRECIATE YOU so MUCH, and I want to say THANK YOU!

I think back to a year ago almost to the day.  We were getting ready to ship our entire staff to work remotely and you asked me if you could stay in the branch and hold down the fort, to include handling phones for Admin and North.  I am so thankful to you for rising to the occasion and supporting the team during some such a challenging time.  Your genuine willingness to help our team, our clients and our associates is such an amazing attribute. One which we’re lucky that you share with us every single day.  Thank you for being such a rockstar (and for ordering me yummy lunches when I’m in office)!
