The canvas includes only the woman and no one else. However, the blue and orange background seems comforting in contrast to her white dress. I wanted this piece to communicate the topic of loneliness is not a negative term in such perspectives. The woman – lonely in the canvas, is seen closing her eyes and sleeping almost in the position. Overall, I am happy with my piece.
