A long time ago, no one could accept that women could work with men on equal terms but today we are hopeful to practice it. Some people suggest that companies should ensure an even proportion of men's and women's positions. From a personal view, I mostly do not agree to this extent.

On the one hand, it is highly important not to be sexist when employing people. Many women suffered for being not respected on the job interview for being female. Some employers do not select female for jobs because they could get pregnant even when they say they are not going to. Moreover, there are many professionals among women and some of them may be better than male. According to science and psychology, for example, women has better empathy and patience, also they usually have better communication skills so some positions could be more suitable for them.

On the other hand, there are areas where men are in abundance. Usually, it happens with science or where high physical activity is requested. In most cases, it is quite logical why an employer wants a male in position. Besides, it is important to remember that being a woman should not be the reason for employment.

To sum up, as I believe, the point of the whole equality and feminism is when male and female have equal rights and abilities. It means that gender should not be matter. People's skills and talents have to be rated according to what they can and not who they were born.

Employers should guarantee that positions in management sector of companies having the equal quantity of men and women. The problem can be faced in many organizations, which deteriorate many people in the most of countries of Middle East and Africa. I agree that everyone must have equal rights as abilities need to be checked regardless of sex.

In some countries can be met, that there are no gender problems, especially in the USA and Europe. They have a policy of equality in every sphere, if you wish to get a manager post, you need to prove the employer, that you cover all the requirements. Big companies conduct three types of case interview, which can help disclose all abilities that candidate has. Furthermore, organizations search for people not only with strong hard skills, but also with soft ones. Finally, if the interview is nailed, you can get an offer.

On the other hand, it is complicated to have 50:50 proportion in the company. For instance, if there is equal amounts of males and females in top-management, and one man is going to retire, it would be unfair to post a job, which includes an obligatory requirement of being men. Moreover, it can contradict to the law of European countries. That is why reaching the golden mean in gender problem makes for some companies impossible.

In conclusion, surely there must be equal numbers among men and women. In spite of its difficulty for employers to provide an accurate figure of 50 percent for both sides, they should strive for it.

Gender inequality still exists between countries, especially in the workplace. To deal with this problem, some people believe that companies need to narrow the gap between men and women in their leadership positions. Each has its own strengths, so employers should give the same chances to both. Personally, I cannot disagree with this statement.

Women now play an important leading role in the development of the economy as well as society, which means that gender discrimination no longer exists. Some people may think that women are not very good at management, but there are many women who are known for running global companies that have a huge weight in the economy. For example, Tatiana Bakalchuk is the founder and head of the well-known market place Wildberries. Also, YouTube CEO Susan Wojcicki. In some surveys, women play the role of manager better than men, thanks to good communication skills, emotions and patience. Women make up half of the world's population, so employers must keep an equal number of men and women in leadership positions to ensure equality.

At the same time, there are industries in which women have a lower percentage of motivation to build a career and develop than men. This is a problem of the fact that our society is stereotypical and it is impossible to deny it. No matter how much we want to do what we really want to do, we will not be allowed to do it by social pressure and stereotypes that have been embedded in us since childhood. Unfortunately, this is how it really works, and part of the problem is the lack of proper motivation for women to develop in areas in the IT business, for example. At the same time, as well as the lack of motivation of men to develop in the beauty business. Yes, there are various examples of successful female representatives in the technical industries, as well as well-known male makeup artists, but there are only a few of them. Sometimes, women should be given an industry that is closer to their perception, an industry in which their ideas will be productive. It's the same with men.

To sum up, from my point of view, the best way to build and develop countries is to ensure gender balance. So we need to make sure that there are a number of organizations working to give women and men the same opportunities in all aspects of work and society.

Some people believe, the employers should hire equal quantity of men and women for managerial posts and be sure that there is gender balance in their company. However, while I agree, that there must be gender equality on the workplaces, I believe that there should not be some limits for quantity of such or that sex in the companies.

As far as equality is concerned, there is no doubt, that preferences by gender are unacceptable in modern world. Employers must hire managers and other staff taking into account only personal and professional advantages of a person. There are a lot of researches that conclude, that women and men have the same intellectual and cognitive possibilities, making all the restrictions for getting a job for women absolutely useless. However, both of genders should compete in the same conditions.

Consequently, I am sure, that there is no place in modern world for any limits for quantity of managers by gender in any company. Firstly, such restrictions cause unfair rivalry between man and women. While both genders have the same abilities, restricting the presence of any of them in companies put representatives of on of the genders in unequal competitive situation. This can cause the lack of intellectual and professional skills in company resulting in big material losses. Secondly, providing a strong limit to such or that gender is totally intolerant and amoral.

To conclude, although the fact, that there is no place in modern world for intolerance and inequality, providing restrictions for genders is totally unacceptable, as far as it can cause huge material losses and destruction of moral principles of society.

Nowadays gender equality became a really popular issue to discuss. Some people consider that company owners and directors should provide equal quantity of men and women is managerial positions. In my personal opinion males and females should have equal opportunities, but it is not necessary to keep an equal number of them.

It is obvious that gender discrimination is awful thing. Of course, it is not fair to reject candidates because of gender. Unfortunately, not so long ago it was a common situation when women do not have an opportunity to get a managerial post even if they have excellent competencies. There are many cases in the world when woman holds a senior position and achieves remarkable results. For example YouTube CEO Susan Wojcicki. But nowadays gender discrimination problem still remains in some sectors especially in industrial enterprises and it is important to solve it.

But sometimes it can be less effective if you have to hire an employee of a particular gender. For example, CEO needs to recruit a head of department and there are a few really outstanding candidates, but he (or she) can not hire them because of gender equality. So, CEO have to employ someone less relevant.

The arguments that I have presented prove that gender equality is a significant problem, but strict requirement to provide equal numbers of males and females in managerial positions is not necessary.
