The fact that he removed organs and sometimes kept them shows the true disturbance this man had. With this image I think it's important to notice how normally he's dressed for the time. The authorities were questioning people from all walks of life. Of the three of these people I believe the surgeon would be the most likely suspect simply because of his knowledge of anatomy. I believe the Duke of Clarence accusation is an example of a red herring. Since he would be considered royalty It would create a scandal and draw the attention of the public into the conspiracy of hm being a murderer and away from the actual issue of Jack the Ripper. This is a good example of people believing in things because something is left unexplained. A big red flag with this video is the constant inserts of current police, being interviewed for this show. It felt like the director was trying to say "the police are saying this, therefore it is true" which is an appeal to authority.
