We grew up witnessing those beauty standards where you have to be skinny or to be tall to be pretty. We are perfect just the way we are, and that is already enough. I would also like to talk about, if there's chance about mental health overall because people overlook those who are suffering saying that they're overreacting when in reality they all needed help.
