Summary "ASK MR. GREEN: ORGANIC PRODUCE VS. REGULAR PRODUCE"

In the feature article "Ask Mr. Green: Organic Produce vs. Regular Produce", the author, Mr. Green(n.d) explains his opinion about the big difference about the organic produce and the regular produce. In the first place, the costs of the organic produce are higher than regular produce. There are some reasons about that. First, farmers in the United States started to use chemicals to their products. They use pesticides to protect their plants for the insects. Also, they inject chemicals in their products to make them grow faster. Important to realize is these products can be very bad for our healthy and for the nature. Second, is true that organic produce is more expensive, but the reason is many organic farmers can't grow like produce as other farmers who use chemicals. They have to do hard job to pick their products in the correct time to their products be fresh. Finally, the author says that we have the final decision if we prefer to buy organic or regular produce. For all these reasons many people are buying organic food because they are worried about their own healthy.
