I took this as the group of students were all moving the lights in different motions and directions and the black light was pointing at them as well. I took this as she was moving the lights in like a wave motion I believe and as I did with almost all of my picture I zoomed in and then zoomed back out quickly. I took this while Mrs. Moncure had an image on the pixel stick behind Jasmine and she was spinning the lights around herself and I zoomed in a tiny bit and zoomed back out.
