The nucleus is pure positive charge composed by protons and neutrons (Rutherford was the first person who talked about the protons but in the theory), and the another part of the atom is the electrons with negative charge, that has a disordered orbit around the nucleus.</div>]]></description>

In this model, electrons were supposed to travel around the nucleus in elliptical orbits, unlike the original model of Bohr in which they moved in circular orbits.
