Today As a member of the archaeological team on November 4, 1922, we discovered what would become one of the greatest discoveries of the 20th century: the tomb of Pharaoh Tutankhamen, a site that had laid not disturbed for over 3,000 years. Our team been searching for the lost tomb in the Valley of the Kings, a site in Egypt where for centuries, tombs of the pharaohs were constructed. My team and I were had spent 9 months looking for it, when we came across it, we had spent months digging in different places when we had all found it. As we looked around, the room was filled with treasures, we saw gold and food. The walls were covered in art, it was a beautiful sight to see, pharaohs and hieroglyphics. As we opened the golden tomb, I saw the body of Tutankhamen, persevered in the tomb. We could see every organ was taken out except for the heart. It is important because it is a part of history, and we should learn about how Egyptians did this.

Dear Raneem, today my team and I found the tomb of Tutankhamen. We discovered the tomb near the pyramids of Giza. We digged into the ground and saw a small box with decorative symbols. Hieroglyphics. The hieroglyphics around the wall seem to have told something. Then I saw the tomb, it was gold and had a picture of a Pharaoh on the box. The box wasn’t that big, but not that small. It seemed to be gold. I took my torch and slowly moved it around the wall with hieroglyphics. A lot of the paint was missing and chipped, but you could still see half of the paint. I walked back to the tomb and tried to open it. It was hard to open but eventually, we cracked it open. We saw the dead and decomposed body of Tutankhamen. It looked centuries old, because it was. My team and I slowly closed the tomb, and focused on the room. The room wasn’t that big, but it could still fit a pharoah. We left the tomb and went to go report the area. That was how I found Tutankhamens tomb.

Dear Aseel, I have discovered the tomb of Pharaoh Tutankhamen with my extremely helpful team. We were walking around the Egypt’s New Kingdom when I stumbled upon the tip of a buried pillar. My team and I immediately brought out or shovels and we began to dig for hours! Once we had been able to fully dig out the broken pillar we were able to find a door to the room we had just dug out from the sand. With curiosity on all of our faces I slowly and careful pushed on the door and it didn’t even budge so all of my team began to push on the door until it opened with a loud WHOOSH. We all began to cough because of how dusty the inside of the room was. One of my team members quickly lit a torch and moved it around the small but not yet tiny room. On the walls of the room I saw many paint-chipped symbols and realized that it was their way of communication : Hieroglyphics. I brushed my fingers against the bumpy wall of the room. Around the room there were many pieces of gold and valuable artifacts. But most importantly there was a tomb right in the center of the small room. My team and I began to try to open the tomb. After struggling we succeeded and found the well preserved body of what the remains looked of a small child. It was very important that we had found this important piece of history because it can help us learn about the process of mummification and more. I am very grateful for the helpfulness of my team and due to our teamwork we discovered the tomb of the Pharaoh Tutankhamen.

Dear reader, I just came back from discovering one of the most amazing discoveries my team of archaeologists and I discovered, it was the tomb of Tutankhamen. It was a really hard journey but at the end the job was done. We arrived to the New Kingdom, the entire land was covered with pyramids, buildings, and sand. While my archaeologist team and I were exploring, we found a very dusty and dirty black pillar. We got really curious and interested, so we reached to our bags and got out our shovels. We started to dig deeper and deeper it took hours of hard work, but finally we found an amazing discovery which was the tomb of Tutankhamen. The tomb was very dusty, I reached for a tissue from my pocket so I can wipe off the dust. When I finished cleaning the tomb, we tried to open it up, but it was so hard to open. We tried for so long until it finally opened. The first thing that caught our eye was a mummified mummy, all the organs were taken out except the heart. We also so lots of gold everywhere. We saw the bones of a cat, we predicted that cat used to be for Tutankhamen. We also found something very interesting, it was a piece of papyrus paper with a type of written language and that language was Hieroglyphic. We read them and we saw the plans for a new irrigation project. It was very cool to see it in person. We put all the stuff back the way it was, and we closed the tomb and buried it. We finally came back to the station and when we told the other archaeologists there they didn’t believe us, but luckily we took pictures with our camera to show them and they were shocked. I had a blast and I can’t wait to send this on the news!

We quickly grabbed our shovels and started digging.. we dig and dig we kept digging it felt like days. We finally saw the gold small box. It was decorated and so many symbols.itnwas amazing!! I think me an my ten discovered on of the best discovery’s of Egypt's time! We discovered the tomb of Tutankhamen! I did not think that we would find it since we have been searching for around 2 years. The second we felt it by digging in the ground my heart stopped. The people that were digging could not tell yet. But I was so egure to know so grabbed a hovel myself and ran as fast as a cheetah. And I auger so fast my arms started to cramp. Dear Miss Karen, today my team and I discovered something simply fascinating! Last month we decided to go to Egypt hoping to find unknown information about ancient Egyptians. After many days of not finding anything we stumbled against a huge rock wall a few miles away from the pyramids. As you know I'm a very curious person so I immediately wanted to know what was behind the rock wall. I sent two people from my team to get our mining equipment and our sleeping tents since I knew this was not a one day job. When they came back we started mining and braking the wall. Around half an hour later we had a hole big enough for us to crowl through. When we got inside we saw many strange symbols that we decided to call "hieroglyphics". We also realised that those symbols were their language and we needed a way to translate it. We walked a bit deeper into the cave and found a big stone. It had writing in hieroglyphics and ancient Greek and we decided to call it "Rossetta Stone". But anyways that's how we made a huge discovery and Rossetta Stone also helped us translate hieroglyphics.

OMG just saying that out loud sounds unbelievable ok anyways let me get to the point, so my team and I were just walking around exploring the old kingdom and when I felt a little rock on the floor it was covered by a lot of sand, so my team and I rushed immediately to go get our shovels and eventually after digging for an extremely long time we found a doorway so to keep safe I only went through it and knocked on the door even though I knew no one was going to answer so I just pushed the door and it didn't open so I called my team over to help me then we all pushed the door so hard and a big WHOOOSH sound came out and a lot of dust came blowing in our faces as we cleared up we all went inside we saw walls filled hieroglyphics and images and paintings and tomb of Tutankhamen lying there so my team and I rushed to call the rest of the crew like the Egyptologists and Archeologists they examined the tomb carefully and then it was shipped off to the museum and I felt so excited and relived and just.......................well HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hey, guess what? I was part of this super cool team that found Pharaoh Tutankhamen's tomb! We got a tip about a secret tomb in the Valley of the Kings. We used special tools to search for it, and then we found a spot that looked promising.

We started digging and uncovered a set of stairs going down into the ground. It was like stepping into a whole new world! Inside the tomb, we found awesome stuff like shiny gold jewelry, statues, and even a fancy golden mask that covered the pharaoh's mummy. It was like finding buried treasure!

This discovery is really important because it tells us a lot about ancient Egypt. We learned about their beliefs, their fancy art, and how they buried their kings. It's like a time machine that helps us understand their cool culture. People will talk about our find for a long time!

Today I have discovered the tomb of the Egyptian pharaoh Tutankhamen. My team and I were digging for tombs or artifacts around the pyramids as we believed we could find something or at least some information since there was too little information about the ancient Egyptians. After many hours and days of searching we finally hit something it was a temple we dug around it and found the door we entered, and the temple was full of drawings and treasures the drawings looked like they were quickly painted. At the centre was the tomb of Tutankhamen it was golden. This was the greatest day of my life. This discovery is very important and will give us more information about the ancient Egyptians. It will also make us have to answer questions like why does the temple look like it was quickly painted?

There is much more to discover and I'm hoping I will be the ones to discover them but for now they will have to remain as a mystery.

Dear reader, my team and I where walking around the pyramid of Giza today when my teammate suggested that we should go inside and explore,we walked down the steap stairs in a pitch black titely squished room I asked my teammate to lit a torch quickly and we looked around the room we barely all fit in there so some of my teammates waited outside the room had spider webs all around it there where bits of gold and their language was written all over that tightly squished room (hieroglyphics) and there it was in the corner of the room it was in a beautiful gold tomb and it was covered in dust me and and some of my teammates started coughing, we opened that tomb and saw a mummified body with gold next to it my other teammates that were standing outside came in and helped us get it out and into a museum to display this beautiful piece of history.

The team and I had to go on a mission to find ancient artifacts from 1000 BCE. While one of my teammates was digging he saw bones leading to three caves. We separated into three groups we all held torches. One of the cave, me and the 2 teammates found gold we were so happy that we toke some from the gold. Me and my team toke a break because all of us were tired. All of us went to our families to celebrate. we had a break for 1 hour then we continued. while the tea and I are walking in the pile of gold we found a pharaoh b we said that is the tomb of Pharaoh Tutankhamen. This is a letter from the professor of the archaeologic team, Sara Alwan in the time of feb 4, 1922.This letter is forwarded to you to tell you about the achievements of ancient Egypt and what was there. In ancient Egypt there are many cases that need to be investigated as we could find more about our history, on other hand, when me and my team where walking across Egypt we happened to stumble across a a big hole in the floor that was very questionable we took the risk and dug deeper and deeper until we found a very sealed tomb.i couldn’t think anything of it as it was not a normal thing to me. We stopped in shock and didn’t really care at first, then my teammates started encouraging each other including me, at first I said no and that we shouldn’t take the risk that many might have done and ended badly and causing injuries or maybe even leading to death or consequences. But from the amount of times they bloomed forward to doing it, I agreed but on one twist, that I would be the one to discover it,Taking the risk i opened it and found out that it was in fact it was the tomb of the greatest, THE TOMB OF TUTANKHAMEN. Inside we found the non-touched body of Tutankhamen. Dear Laila, In 1922 me and my team when to the pyramids, we heard strange noises in the pyramid when we were close to it, so we decided to go in and look for things as we heard noise, when we went in we discovered we found the tomb of Tutankhamun it was amazing! The tomb's four chambers were crammed with such spectacular objects as gold,there were also symbols and such other things like food and Jewelry AND MANY MORE!

My team and I discovered a treasure at the Tomb of Tutankhamen, in 1922, there was an article about a treasure in the Tutankhamen, my team and I decided to go, when we arrived there was footsteps we saw and followed, it led us to a huge wall, which we never thought our treasure would be there, we were digging everywhere around, searching in the mud, breaking the ceiling, the wall, till we found it, inside a wall, at one of the Tutankhamen's wall, we were in a shock, it was a big dusty old brown box, there was a key that we were supposed to look for it, my team and I found it in a big well, full of water we were taking water and found a key, we took it and placed it in the box and opened it inside the box was gold and jewelry, we went back to our city and proved to everyone that we could do it, we got a huge price for finding it, it turns out that it was a treasure who would find it would take 10,000$, then we lived happily ever after.

We learned that they put signs and symbols on there box for the after life.Then we see that the tomb belonged to tutankhanmen and i was shocked it had alot of gold food and more stuff. Dear Lara, today me and my crew discovered the tomb of Tutankhamen at first we opened up huge door and then we went into a dark room but luckily we had electric torches at first we thought there was going to be nothing but then we saw what was inside and we were shocked when we finally reached there were golden walls with some kind of drawings they used as decoration. There was a golden tomb we decided to open it and found out that all of his organs were taken out except for his heart this was a huge discovery. There were many treasures all around the room.

Dear reader, my team and I discovered the tomb of Tutankhamen by digging up the ground and we found out that there was pharaohs in the tombs we started digging more and more until we found gold we even found all the organs of the bodies taken out except for the heart, we discovered that in Egypt they used to think that there is an after life so they used to remove the organs of the body from people and only keep the heart they also used to put there belongings in there tomb because they thought that in the after life they will have all there belonging. We discovered lots of new things and we found lots of gold, it was hard digging because the sand was dried and the tomb was about to collapse when we were done so we ran out and we had all the information we needed from the tomb.

by the time we started our mission we had to go in a dark place with weird stuff, my mind imagined if some creature would pop out of nowhere but we continued. it was a hard journey but we still explored and had fun

In the meantime we were so happy that we were able to find it, by the time we got it to open there were so much gold and it we discovered so many things that we never knew we also had found out there own old language it was amazing.

February, 1923 My team and I were exploring around and then we found The Tomb of Tutankhamun. At first we removed the dust around the tomb to encounter the doorway. We were exited and scared that there might be some traps or anything dangerous made to keep unwanted people way from Tutankhamun and his tomb. The tomb was full of darkness, so we went out to some torches to see the place. We also got candles to see if there are any ghosts souls, or anything haunting the tomb. When we lit the torches we couldn’t see anything except for the hot fire's smoke escaping rom the small pass way, then the candles kept flickering, but it was beautiful to see the candle flicker in the dark room. When the candles grew stronger we saw more of the room like animal and human statues, and there gold everywhere showing they had lots of gold in the past. I found another small hole I peeked through where was a lot of beautiful things all around the room. We made the hole bigger and explored the room more.

Today me and my team were digging up some ancient artifacts when we suddenly found the tomb of Tutankhamen. We didn’t expect to find the tomb here because this was a very open area, but we decided to dig as deep as we can in case we find anything else. But there it was. The tomb of Tutankhamen. When we entered the barrier site, it was extremely dark. We couldn’t see anything. we found a torch and two matches. The first one didn’t light and broke, but fortunately the second one did. we began to explore the barrier site and found some symbols written in these walls and pillars. We found more artifacts but the tomb would not open.

today me and my team discovered Tutankhamun’s tomb when we stepped in the tomb there were interesting creatures and drawings gold on the floor and we also found out that the construction was 17 feet long,11 feet wide and 9 feet tall.We also discovered that Tutankhamuns body had missing body part and we only found his heart

The real truth about Tutankhamen was discovered in my and my team’s hands. It took us almost a year to find the the clues that lead us to Tutankhamen’s tomb. Once we found it was very dirty so we had to clean it then we opened it. Inside was all gold, jewelry, and letters. We discovered each part alone to reach the real truth of Tutankhamen. We found his rotten out organs. Through everything we found we discovered many new things to be studied and it’s your job to do it. Inside was also found a Iron dagger, a game of chance and fate, a scarf with a surprise inside, and his lost daughter, those all were very surprising to find inside his huge tomb

Dear Amalia, the remains of passage debris that met with the lower part of the doorway was removed. The team and I saw the whole door! I was so nervous my hands started trembling, but, I made a tiny breach in the upper left hand corner. At first I saw nothing but felt a warm breeze, I had to widen the hole and put a candle to be able to see. My team was behind me waiting for me to see something. At first I saw nothing, but then I saw strange animals, statues, and lots of gold all over the place. I was so shocked from the amazement that when my team asked if I saw anything all I could say was “Yes, wonderful things” . I made a bigger hole for the whole team to see and they were also shocked. I was for nearly three months photographing and clearing out the antechamber objects all alone. But after digging out the blocked doorway to the burial chamber, I encountered what appeared to be a solid wall of gold. That proved to be the outermost of four nested gilded wood shrines, 17 feet long, 11 feet wide, and 9 feet high. Embellished inside with scenes of winged goddesses, pharaohs, and written spells that enclosed Tutankhamens yellow quartzite sarcophagus.

My team and I barely got into this barrier site, by cracking the doorway until we could all get through. Then I made a tiny crack to see what was inside that tomb , I could see nothing at all. To see anything, I had to do the candle test . Only then did I see one of the world wonders ,when one of my team members asked me "can you see anything" I said "Yes wonderful thing" . Everywhere I looked there was gold . There was gold , drawings of animals, statues, and gold everywhere .This was really important, because it shows the achievements of Ancient Egypt, and the development of their civilization.

Today me and my team went on a adventure to the pirimids in eygept , when we entered we saw all the mummies in coffins and there belongings as we moved on we found a tiny door as we opened it we found a room not to small average size we found a coffin and a mumified animal piles of piles of gold bars and we found a writing on top in Egyptian writing wich said Tutankhamen he was at the top of the pirimad wich is what made it hard to spot after that’s we helped clean the dust and write down the information we went on to collect other information.

Dear reader, my team and I just discovered the tomb

Tutankhamen. My team and I were so happy that we stubbled upon the tomb, since we wear looking for 8 months now. We saw hieroglyphs, yellow walls and old paint. This was our happiest find even though we found many of ancient Egypt's achievements like, writing, agriculture, medicine, pyramids, and irrigation. We took a lot of reasearch to find this tomb and we hope we find something even better.

Dear Zain , on my trip , the discoveries we found were : the pyramids, Nile river , and the old writing they used . It was very nice I hope I can go there again
