For obvious reasons it's better if people know the topic before trying to get an opinion and vote.

Especially if the issue affects you and people like you more, the vote of someone uninformed could ruin the result, but it's still how it works.

To have a real democracy everyone has to be able to get informed and need good education.

In a sense, this thought pushes people to documents themselves, to get informed about what is happening in the community and allows to lay the foundations on what they really want, therefor automatically everyone becomes able to vote, above all because every opinion is usefull, not only that of experts, because we all have different visions, opinions and also we can all become experts.

I’m not agree ,becouse everyone have a right to vote. So if you have a black or yellow skin you can vote or if you are boy or girl you can vote and everybody must have the same information and don’t be private.
The mean of democracy is that the power is in the hand of people and there aren’t distinctions between people and everyone must have a good education.

If you do not know the subject well you can do research to deepen your knowledge. So you can take part in the vote, also your decision could be better than those who know the subject very well.

I don't agree with that phrase because it seems like a totalitarian power and doesn't allow other people to express their opinion. They have a closed mindset and are not open to other ideas. If a person inquires, he is able to vote freely and can do so.

Every one has to express his opinion. Express what you think is a right, it must be without discrimination and differentiation. After that the person who is hearing your opinion must filter it and know if it's a thought shared by many people or not. In the first case he must give it a lot of importance

I think that there is huge difference between use something to discriminate and see things as they are.

Everybody have a different instruction and knowledge, this shouldn’t exclude someone from telling him/her opinion because it’s not difficult to see problems when you’re living into it.

In my opinion everybody should vote and vote must have the same value, the level of your knowledge doesn’t mean that you’re right or better than someone else, but like everything in life you must take responsibility and inform yourself first.

I don't agree with this phrase because everybody has the ability to understand things if they are informed of that, so, in my opinion, everybody needs a good education and information for being a good citizen. In addition all the people could understand what is right or wrong for him and for the other one, so they could choose what it's better to vote.
If only who has knowledge could vote the other will not be represented and this is not democracy.
