<title>The first session of handball overall went fairly well, as it was the first session I did not know any of the students or their skill levels/physical literacy capabilities so it would be important that first I keep the activities and routines fairly average in terms of skill level required and to maintain balance ensuring all are included. This was taken into consideration and overall went quite well as all students participated to a satisfactory level with some excelling more in terms of capabilities. I was happy with how the session went as i knew this was the first session and we now had a good platform to build on and develop as before this session the students had little to none experience of handball </title>

<title>The second session did not quite go as smooth as the first session as this time slightly more complexed routines where used to try and build on the basics learnt in lesson one. However some students in the group again excelled even more when given a harder task as they did in week one but certain students failed to participate in the routine successfully this means next session I will need to adapt a more flexible session that accommodates the needs of all skill levels and make sure in this process to not unintendedly isolate and exclude students based on their abilities. Despite some creases to iron out in the session all participants appeared to be still physically active and engaged.</title>

<title>Week 3 session was a big improvement from week two especially in terms of organisation as by now I am starting to become more familiar with the group and the needs and attentions of certain induvial as all are different types of learners and all have different personalities and Charteristics. I was able to adapt a more flexible routine this week taking into consideration the abilities and needs of all in the group and example of a way I kept inclusion was to ensure all skill levels where mixed I gave praise and challenged the students who excelled even more to ensure they all had something to improve and to not get content and bored and the students that did not excel as well I gave even more praise and encouragement and sometimes gave extra coaching points in to where to improve but without isolating them so by doing this I would use the student to demonstrate a skill with and then Infront of the group give praise to an excellent demonstration this worked and gave the student in question a boost to his self esteem and overall physical performance. </title>

<title>week 4 for the students continued to participate well and still seemed to take to my method of teaching which by now had changed slightly from week one as by now I was using more physical demonstrations to coach the group as I feel like overall for the group they understand more physically as kinaesthetic learners. This helped especially when explaining certain rules of handball as by now I have started to introduce some of the rules relevant to the skills being practiced to ensure activity was match pacific. Things to improve would be more practice into the demonstration and explaining of skills to ensure maximum efficiency of the routine as at times students could of spent more time active rather then taking instructuctions.</title>

<title>Week 5 session was very satisfactory much considerations will have to be taken next time into the type of activity when trying to coach pacific skills. The routines constructed would be more beneficial to a more experienced group who want to elaborate on the more complexed skills and tactics involved in handball the routines where to mundane and boring for most students of this skill level and capability also another way to improve would be the organisation of teams as certain routines involved different numbers of teams and this involved cutting and changing teams which meant time was lost being physically active. </title>

<title>Week 6 The final week was a session focused pacifically on the actually match structure of handball. Students where separated into teams and would now demonstrate all skills, techniques and tactics learned in the previous 5 weeks I think without question this was by far the most successful of all the sessions as the session was built on a competitive platform which most children thrived off and seemed to apply themselves physically extremally well with increased communication levels between the groups and team work being more evident and present it can be said the group team scenario was crucial to the bonding of the children which they could take with them now the session have completed. Factors to consider moving forward would be the adaption of court area to make it able for two games to run simultaneously meaning less waiting times between games if this is not possible though it may be possible to shorten lengths of games.</title>

<title>My sessions followed strictly to the ks2 handball guidelines I followed the progression format mainly but adapted my own teaching methods such as self discovery in week one leading through to more drill based routine and scenarios in week 5 some activities where taken from the England handball associations this ranged from different types of passes, rules and techniques to dribble with the ball, correct shooting techniques, and also match tactics and rules. </title>
