I want to be Patissier or Entrememetier because their work is very delicate and I love baking as well as cooking side dishes.

I would want to be either a Sous Chef or a Entremetier. I am used to working under or helping with the little details because I would help out in the kitchen growing up. I think that the whole idea of cooking all the vegetables and soups is more comfortable and interesting because I like making soups and I am not the best with meats.

I´d choose to be Chef de Cuisine because, unlike the head chef, its still a hands on job with the food, but still a leadership role.

I'd Choose Patisseur because I would want to decorate pastries or deserts also to bake. I would decorate cakes with details and patterns.

I would want to be the aboyeur because you can communicate a lot, and there doesn't seem to be to many responsibilities for the job.

I would like to be the Entremétier because I enjoy making small vegetarian dishes and soups. I also like being able to have the control of making a whole side dish instead of making only a small part of it.

I would want to be the Patisseur because baking is my favorite thing to do in the kitchen. I enjoy getting to work with different desserts and the science behind creating them. It would also be fun to experiment with few flavor combinations and testing new techniques.

I would enjoy being the Patisseur because I love making sweets, desserts, and baked goods. I feel that this role is suited for me as I do not have to do very much management or overseeing as I do not enjoy that very much. Frosting, baking, decorating, and making sweets are very relaxing for me. I do know how to work in a face-paced environment; hence, the Patisseur role is best suited for me.
